The Fukushima Nuclear Disaster: HEPA Air Filters In California Record Radiation Levels 538% Above Normal Background Levels!

I have always said that I would put up any new news about the continuing disaster at Fukushima, Japan, and any information about high radiation levels from radioactive fallout over North America when they became available. I am sure by now that all of my readers are fully aware that all the reports coming out of our media and our own governments is nothing but a pack of lies, and the real truth falls upon the alternative press, and bloggers, to report.

I came across this startling video, that comes from Youtube user: "EnviroReporter", that shows elevated levels of radiation recorded from a HEPA air filter in California, on January 22nd, 2012. I have that video right here for my own readers to view, and of course, I have some comments about the findings of EnviroReporter to follow:

NTS Notes: What we have here again is evidence that the radiation from Fukushima is still definitely falling on the Pacific Coast in California as radioactive fallout..

Again,this shows that what we are being told by our governments and media here in North America is nothing but lies. The disaster at Fukushima is still ongoing with no end in sight, and the radioactive fallout from that disaster will continue to fall over North America as a result.

People deserve the truth about the dangers they face from radioactive fallout due to Fukushima, and they must demand that our governments finally come clean and put out warnings of the dangers from this fallout to our public health.. That time is long overdue!

When I did the first of many rants that I wanted to start doing last month, I had promised that I would do them on a weekly basis. However, due to a persistent bout of sinusitis and head colds due to the unusual weather that we have all been experiencing this winter across North America, I figured that I would do my next one when I was finally at least close to peak performance...So here I go...Rant number 2.....

The Impending War Against Iran:   OK, I am trying to make sense as to exactly WHY we are suddenly in a massive rush to go to war against Iran?. Now seriously, everyone must ask themselves this simple question: What exactly has Iran ever done that warrants its destruction? It does not have any nuclear weapons, in spite of the media lies, and it has not invaded any country in what? 300 years?   So again, why are our governments, especially in the United States, rushing headlong into a battle that may actually lead to World War III?

I knew from the very beginning of this rush to war that it was being pushed by the criminal state of Israel, and that these monsters would use their control over world governments and the media to convince the public that Iran needed to be destroyed. It seemed again that Israel wanted the last major roadblock to their total control over the Middle East eliminated and they would get their slaves in the US to do it for them! This is probably the primary reason for having Iran destroyed, but there is more....

Of course we have the ongoing stupid and fraudulent comment from our media and governments that Iran wants to wipe Israel off the face of the map. That of course is a lie.. What President Ahmadinejad DID say is that he wanted to see the criminal Zionist regime in Israel ended, and absolutely NOT the state of Israel itself. But of course, our Jewish controlled media has perpetuated a total lie that he said he wanted Israel "wiped off the face of the planet", and even our own Jewish controlled governments still perpetuate that lie to this very day!

After studying the effect of the Petro-Dollar in world wide trading of Petroleum, and how the US economy was dependent on its very survival by this usage of their currency for Oil trade, I knew that the rush to war was in part to save the Petro-Dollar, and US itself, from total economic collapse. Many people still do not realize that Iran had opened up an Oil Bourse a few years back that allowed trading of Iranian oil in other currencies than the US dollar. The result of that Bourse opening is now more nations are realizing that they need not be subjugated to worthless US dollars for Petroleum exchange.   This has the US Government absolutely terrified, and they will stop at nothing to have the Iranian Bourse closed and have the Iranians forced back onto the US Petro-Dollar... Even if it means war!

Of course we are now seeing old and ancient American ships heading for the Persian Gulf, in what the US Government continues to claim is a "show of force" against the Iranians.... But anyone with any common sense can see that this is part of a very dangerous game that the Americans are playing, and that a false flag attack involving sinking one of these vessels very soon by Israeli dolphin submarines is not out of the question. Many people are still needing to understand that almost all wars that the US has been involved in over the last century were started by "false flag" operations against American targets.... But few ever read or understand their history... and as the saying goes, are doomed to repeat it.

These days, I cannot stand to watch any American news networks, but the few that I have tolerated just for information have constantly been spewing out fraudulent lies to the American public about Iran, just to get these brainwashed, heavily fluoridated, zombies to accept the insane idea that war with Iran is needed.

What the American public still fails to realize is that Russia and China are allied with Iran, and an American attack could actually lead very quickly to World War III and the end of America itself. But is the American public even told by the lying media heads about that scenario? Absolutely not!

The Fukushima Disaster: I am very troubled these days by the total lack of news reporting about the real ongoing situation at Fukushima, Japan.   We have 3 nuclear reactor cores in full meltdown that are still burrowing into the Earth itself, and nobody sees a problem?   And what the hell are our governments doing about the elevated radiation levels all over the world as a direct result of the Fukushima disaster? Nothing!   Again, where the hell is the public outcry?

I have been tracking the Radiation from the Fukushima Disaster for months now, and in spite of the lack of media attention here in North America, that deadly fallout is still falling all over Canada and the United States.    I am still waiting for more recent readings here in North America as to the present levels of radiation, and will continue to put those reports up when they become available.

The Criminal State Of Israel: OK, this is the big question that many have asked.. My views on the state of Israel itself...

For quite a while now, I have been calling Israel, the "criminal state" of Israel, and that is due to its actions against its own people, its neighbours,and in fact the whole world. This "nation" has used open warfare, murder, blackmail, clandestine operations, false flag operations, etc, for striking fear into everyone on the planet, and somehow believing that such fear will force nations to accept its "right to exist", and keep its enemies at bay. However, its own criminal actions have made it the world's pariah state and has only increased the number of enemies it has on the planet. That is why it truly is a "criminal" state. If it ever wants to lose its criminal status, try actually getting along with the rest of the world for a change!

Many of said that Israel has the "right to exist"... And that puzzles me... No nation has it written anywhere in thier own constitutions about a "right to exist"... A nation's existence is because it is what it is, and that acceptance by other nations gives it existence..Plain and simple. But we have the Israeli government wanting its enemies (that they have created) to accept Israel as a "jewish state" (so much for the Palestinians), and that these nations must actually come out and say in a statement or in writing that Israel has the "right to exist".

One major problem...For a nation to "exist", it must first draw up its boundaries... Israel has never drawn up its national boundaries! The fact is that Israel itself is an entity bent on expansion based upon a phony "biblical" claim to the land of Palestine, with its eventual goal of encompassing all the land between the Nile and Euphrates Rivers ( Its own flag shows it.. Two blue lines meaning the Nile and Euphrates, with the star of David between them).    That expansionism means that nations such as Egypt, Syria, and Lebanon, would have to surrender their own sovereign territory to these people.   And why would they?   Israel is bent on their destruction for it to attain its "biblical land"... Ask yourselves this: How can these nations ever state that Israel has the "right to exist" if it continues with its evil plans of expansion?

A second thing... These so called "Israelis" have always claimed a "biblical" right to the region of Palestine... But I have news for them.... More and more evidence is now out that their entire "biblical" claim is a total fraud... There was no Exodus... There was no Solomon's Temple... There was no Hebrew Moses.... There was no Wailing Wall... etc.... It is all a fraud... Archaeology digs in the region have found no evidence of any of these biblical claims, period. This has led many historians and Archaeologists today to conclude that the entire biblical story is a fraud....This means that these people have no right to the region per their "biblical" claims, and instead are basing their entire right to Palestine on fraud.

Third thing... Their constant usage of "antisemitism" when anyone speaks out against their criminal actions... I have long shown that as a fraud as well, and the fact is that the vast majority of these Jews are not even Semites.. They are Indo-Turkish Khazars with not one drop of Semitic blood whatsoever. Therefore to scream "antisemitism" at others when they themselves are not even Semites is preposterous.    You have to admit though.. They have used the fraud of "antisemitism" very well over the last century to cover for their criminal actions... But now that people have finally began to wise up, that must come to an end...

Of course, there is the screaming of "Holocaust" every chance they get... This is the real pickle for me, because I live in a country, Canada, that has passed draconian and absolutely ridiculous laws that imprison those who question the "Holocaust". To me that is intolerable and just opens up more questions as to why they actually need such laws to prevent examination... Why the need for such laws? What are they hiding???

Organized Religion: Another question that many have about me is my stance on religion. I have said it before and I stand behind it... Religion is a crutch that has been used for thousands of years as a control mechanism for the general masses, and has been used to hinder mankind's development for centuries....

Personally I have no qualms about the teachings of Christianity and Islam that call upon the goodness and kindness in people towards all others.   What has always troubled me is the use of these religions, and Judaism, as the means for open warfare on their fellow man, and their brainwashing of their followers into thinking of them as the "one true religion" and that all others are "heathens".    The worst example is Judaism itself that teaches its followers the idea that they are "Chosen Ones" and all others are subhuman.   This type of hatred and racism must end...

If anyone does not like my stance on religion... The comment section is always open...

Iran is stepping up its spying against the United States, and Tehran might launch terrorist attacks against U.S. targets, including those in the homeland, if the Islamic regime feels threatened, the top U.S. intelligence chief said Tuesday.

Director of National Intelligence James R. Clappercited last year’s discovery of a plot by Iranian officials to kill a Saudi diplomat in Washington as evidence of Tehran's threat to the U.S.

It “shows that some Iranian officials - probably including supreme leader Ali Khamenei - have changed their calculus and are now more will[JUMP]ing to conduct an attack in the United States in response to real or perceived U.S. actions that threaten the regime,” he testified before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

“Iran’s willingness to sponsor future attacks in the United States or against our interests abroad probably will be shaped by Tehran’s evaluation of the costs it bears for the plot against the ambassador,” Mr. Clapper said.

His testimony noted that Tehran “continues to support proxies and surrogates abroad” - a reference, in part, to the regime’s links withHezbollah, a militant Shiite group that is part of Lebanon's governmentbut which U.S. officials say is a terrorist outfit involved in the global drug trade.

“Iran is keeping its options open to develop nuclear weapons, in part by developing various nuclear capabilities that better position it to produce such weapons, should it choose to do so,” Mr. Clapper said, essentially echoing his testimony during a similar hearing on foreign intelligence threats last year.

Senators questioned Mr. Clapper and other intelligence officials about the growing tensions over Tehran’s nuclear program, and in particular about whether Israel would strike Iran this year.

“We’re doing a lot with the Israelis, working together with them,” Mr. Clapper said, adding that he is “very, very concerned” about a strike. He asked to discuss this “very sensitive issue” in closed session.

CIA Director David H. Petraeus said he met with the head of the Israeli foreign intelligence service Mossad in Washington last week.

“That is part of an ongoing dialogue” that includes monthly chats with senior Israeli officials, said Mr. Petraeus, a retired Army general.

Both men noted that Israel views a nuclear-armed Iran as “an existential threat,” which Mr. Petraeus said should be kept in mind as officials mull the issue.

Iran has joined Russia and China as one of the “most menacing foreign intelligence threats” to the U.S., Mr. Clapper testified. Foreign intelligence services from those three countries “will remain the top threats to the United States in the coming years.”

“Iran’s intelligence operations against the United States, including cyber capabilities, have dramatically increased in recent years in depth and complexity,” he said.

Previous assessments of the foreign spy threat, such as last year’s report to Congress by the Office of the National CounterintelligenceExecutive, identified economic espionage by Russia and China as a top-tier intelligence threat, but did not highlight Iran.

A former U.S. counterintelligence chief told The Washington Times that is significant.

“Rank-ordering foreign intelligence threats is an art. [You have to ask,] ‘Which of these foreign intelligence activities present the greatest threat to the U.S. and our national security interests in the world?’[ThSp]” saidMichelle Van Cleave, director of the counterintelligence executive's office in the administration of President George W. Bush.

Putting Iran in the top tier “suggests that this administration is seriously concerned, as they absolutely should be, about Iranian foreign intelligence activities,” she said.

Iranian intelligence activities were prolific in areas where the U.S. was “deeply engaged” - Afghanistan, Iraq and the Middle East and, increasingly, the Western Hemisphere, Ms. Van Cleave said.

Cybersecurity specialists offered mixed responses to Mr. Clapper’s testimony about Iranian cyber capabilities.

The Washington Times reported in October that an Iranian hacker, possibly state-sponsored, is widely thought to have been behind several breaches last year of the Internet security system known as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Computer users know the system as the padlock in the browser that shows that online shopping, banking and other communications are secure.

Without mentioning Iran, Mr. Clapper said the SSL breach “represents a threat to one of the most fundamental technologies used to secure online communications and sensitive transactions.”

Foreign intelligence services “have launched numerous computer-network operations targeting U.S. government agencies, businesses and universities,” Mr. Clapper said without naming them. “Foreign cyber-actors have also begun targeting classified networks.”

He noted that the pace of technological development outstripped the efforts of security officials to defend vital U.S. information-technology networks. “We foresee a cyber-environment in which emerging technologies are developed and implemented before security responses can be put in place.”

Nigel Inkster, a former senior British intelligence official, said that the SSL attack was “ingenious” and that the Iranians “probably achieved quite a lot of what they wanted to” with it.

But Mr. Inkster, now director of the Transnational Threats and Political Risk Program of the International Institute for Strategic Studies in London, noted that the SSL attack seemed primarily designed to eavesdrop on Iran’s own citizens.

“It’s a harbinger of things to come,” he said.

James A. Lewis, a cybersecurity scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, expressed skepticism that Iran’s cyber capabilities might pose a threat to the United States.

The Iranians had been “pursuing cyber capabilities,” he said, and even “tested certain capabilities against Israel.”

But he added that “we [the public] don’t know how successful they’ve been.”

“It’s not a problem right now, but it could be in the future,” Mr. Lewis said of the Iranian threat of a cyberattack.

Mr. Lewis was more sanguine than many others on the issue of threats from non-state actors, such as terrorist groups, crime networks and hackers.

Mr. Clapper singled out the computer-hacking alliance Anonymous and its splinter group LulzSec as growing threats because of their “easy access to potentially disruptive and even lethal technology and know-how.”

But Mr. Lewis said such groups “do not have the capability to launch a truly damaging attack” and are unlikely to develop it in the near future.

“This isn’t going to happen next week,” he said. “It’ll take years.”

NTS Notes: It was actually gut wrenching for me to read this article without laughing...

The assertions made here are absolutely ludicrous, but are obviously to build up the false notion of Iran being somehow an instigator for war. This is obviously done to get the idea that Iran would attack American targets into the American public psyche so that when the Israelis launch their false flag attack on the United States to get the war off and running, they can point at the information from this "Intelligence" Chief, and falsely claim that America was warned...

What we will see shortly has all the earmarks of being either a 9-11 false flag attack, or a repeat of the USS Liberty false flag attack. All that we can do is to warn the public and be prepared to finger the real culprits, the criminal state of Israel and their slaves in the United States, when an attack on America does take place. Cancer is one of the greatest scourges inflicting mankind today. Millions of people perish annually from this deadly ailment, and everyone has at least one family member or relative that has been touched by this deadly disease. Knowing about those around me that have had, or are presently suffering from Cancer is one of the primary reasons why when new findings have come forward that show that Cancer cures are readily available, I have made it my business to get that information available within this blog.

(NaturalNews) A safe and effective cure for cancer has been discovered with a drug that was once used for unusual metabolic problems. Yet, the cancer industry shows no interest with following up on dichloroacetate (DCA) research from University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada, reported in 2007. That's because DCA is no longer patented. (1)

That research also confirmed cancer as a metabolic malfunction, not a weird mutation of cells often explained away as a genetic issue. But the medical mafia doesn't want you to hear about it. But it confirms what most alternative cancer therapists already know.

Since Nixon declared the "war on cancer" in the 1970s, the cancer industry has succeeded with raising money for researching very expensive chemo substances at $50,000 to $100,000 per round or more for toxic therapies that rarely work. (2)

Explaining DCA research results

Evangelos Michelakis and the Alberta University research team tested DCA on human cancer cells outside the body and in cancerous mice with profound success. DCA was once used for unusual metabolic disorders. The worst side effects, which rarely occur, include some numbness and an affected gait.

The mice were fed DCA in water, and in weeks they had remarkable tumor shrinkage. This indicates DCA can be taken orally. DCA works by restoring the cells' mitochondria. Michelakis and his team had discovered that the mitochondria in cancer cells are not permanently damaged and irreparable. This is what mainstream medicine thinks.

With mitochondria malfunctioning, cancer cells use glucose fermentation for survival energy. This fermentation occurs when glycolysis (glucose conversion) occurs in an anaerobic cellular environment, which can be created by benign tumor masses, toxins, and low pH levels.

DCA restores mitochondria in cells to make them function properly. Another function of normal mitochondria is signaling apoptosis, or cellular self destruction. Normal cells die and become replaced constantly. But with cancer cells, the apoptosis signal is nullified, making cancer cells "immortal." (3)

The Alberta University researchers also realized that glycolysis fermentation in cancer cells produces lactic acid. The lactic acid breaks down the collagen holding those cells together in a tumor. This allows cancer cells to easily break away from a tumor shrinking with mainstream therapies.

The researchers reasoned this is why cancer metastasizes or spreads to different parts of the body or reappears after remission from chemo.

Tragic hypocrisy

Alternative cancer therapies have little or no problem with metastatic cancer or even cancer reoccurring after remission. Most alternative cancers simply cure cancers completely.

DCA offers the cancer industry an opportunity to come up with a pharmaceutical cure that is much cheaper and safer than their current standard of care. Yet the cancer industry is ignoring this opportunity. Instead, DCA is a homeless orphan begging for research funds to avoid legal issues with off label use on cancer. (4)

Alternative cancer practitioners have always simply tried out and when they succeeded shared them with others who cared more about healing than money and power.

The medical mafia has created a matrix that demands big bucks to make big bucks for sick care instead of curing. Everyone in on the scam makes out financially. The cancer industry accuses alternative cancer therapists of quackery and taking advantage of the desperately ill for financial gain. Accusing others of your motives and crimes is called projection.

The medical/pharmaceutical complex is crony capitalism that doesn't want a cure for cancer from anywhere.

The Fukushima Nuclear Disaster: Did Israel Do Fukushima? Important Interview!

For the longest time, I and others in the real truth movement have been trying to get the message out to everyone about how the September 11th, 2001 attacks on the United States were done by the criminal state of Israel, and their Mossad/Sayanim agents operating in America. Along with their history of false flag and horrendous attacks all over the world, it seems that these criminals would stop at nothing to put any nations that stand up against their evil in their place....

Now comes the nagging questions about the Fukushima nuclear disaster of March 11th, 2011, and the implications that have arisen here and elsewhere about Israel's involvement in the reactor meltdowns, primarily through their devious and diabolical employment of their insidious Stuxnet virus that crippled the Fukushima nuclear power station's safety systems.

When the first revelations came forward that Israel may have been involved in causing the horrific Fukushima disaster, it made sense to me. It seems that whenever and where ever you find some type of disaster or mayhem around the planet these days that may have criminal involvement, all you need is to dig deep enough, and you will find Israel's fingerprints all over it in some shape or form...

Well, look no further than the following videos that I came across the other day where Chicago alternative radio host, James Janik, interviews a former NSA operative named Jim Stone about what really happened at Fukushima, and Israel's criminal involvement using their sinister Stuxnet virus. After listening to this audio interview, I felt sick.... I have been following the Fukushima disaster for a long time, and have always believed that this disaster was primarily due to the Earthquake and the resulting Tsunami, with Israel's Stuxnet virus used to prevent the safety systems from activating afterwards.

It does appear now that I will have to do a rethink about the circumstances behind Fukushima, with the strong possibility that the "disaster" was done on purpose by the criminal state of Israel to stop Japan from providing Uranium to Iran for its Nuclear power station.

Again, if this person was anyone other than a Jew, there would have been immediate action to either throw her off the bus or force her to stop her tirade.... This is again an example of how there is one set of rules for these so called "chosen ones", and another for everyone else.

I really love it when he says that Canada will always be there for you, and in front of you (?). American and Canadian authorities have virtually stopped monitoring airborne radiation.

Neither American nor Canadian authorities are testing fish for radioactivity.

Does that mean that we don’t have to worry about radiation from Fukushima?

It is a little hard to know, given that what is deemed a “safe level” of radiation is determined by politics … rather than science. For example, current safety standards are based on the ridiculous assumption that everyone exposed is a healthy man in his 20s – and that radioactive particles ingested into the body cause no more damage than radiation hitting the outside of the body.

And one of the main advisors to the Japanese government on Fukushima announced:

If you smile, the radiation will not affect you.

In the real world, however, even low doses of radiation can cause cancer. Moreover, small particles of radiation – called “internal emitters” – which get inside the body are much more dangerous than general exposures to radiation. See this and this. And radiation affects small children much more than full-grown adults.

Indeed, instead of doing much to try to protect their citizens from Fukushima, Japan, the U.S. and theEU all just raised the radiation levels they deem “safe”.

Nuclear expert Arnie Gundersen says that high-level friends in the State Department told him that Hillary Clinton signed a pact with her counterpart in Japan agreeing that the U.S. will continue buying seafood from Japan, despite that food not being tested for radioactive materials.

And the Department of Energy is trying to replace the scientifically accepted model of the dangers of low dose radiation based on voodoo science. Specifically, DOE’s Lawrence Berkeley Labs used a mutantline of human cells in a petri dish which was able to repair damage from low doses of radiation, and extrapolated to the unsupported conclusion that everyone is immune to low doses of radiation:

In reality, not only is there overwhelming evidence that low doses of radiation can cause cancer, but there is some evidence that low doses can – in certain circumstances cause more damage than higher doses.

NTS Notes: For the last 10 months I have been calling the Federal Government here in Canada a bunch of criminals and liars for refusing to divulge to the Canadian people the truth about the dangers they face coming from the radioactive fallout from the Fukushima disaster.

Now I can see that rather than warn the people, our own governments are taking the sickening step to simply raise the "safe" level of radiation that people are expected to absorb. That is just sick, because science has long shown that there is NO acceptable level of radiation that the human body can endure, period!

I will again state the facts... We are purposely being LIED to about the situation at the Fukushima facility by our so called media outlets, and are also being LIED to by our own governments about the amount of radiation falling all over North America in the form of deadly fallout.

One issue that I have not covered since the beginning of the year has been the horrendous action by the United States Federal Government in passing the draconian legislation covered under the so called "National Defense Authorization Act" or NDAA for short. By the passage of this criminal act, the US government could potentially arrest and detain any US citizen under just the "suspicion" of being a "terrorist". The passage of the NDAA legislation makes it potentially possible to have anyone who is against the policies of the United States, to be labelled a terrorist, arrested, and detained, without any trial or any justification! I have been asking myself the basic question: How the HELL have the American people allowed their own government to pass such horrific legislation and where is the public outcry?

“[I]t is more proper that law should govern than any one of the citizens: upon the same principle, if it is advantageous to place the supreme power in some particular persons, they should be appointed to be only guardians, and the servants of the laws.”

This ancient concept of the Rule of Law is to be distinguished from rule by law, i.e. unconstitutional man-made orders attempting to intimidate the people into allowing the overthrow of the existing Constitution by giving a “politcal mandate” to remain in office when by demonstrable acts those who have voided their oaths of allegiance and office are outside the law, and self-discharged and are merely DETAINING office. That is Obama’s rule BY his law, his personal override of the law, not the Constitutional Rule OF Law.

According to political science professor Li Shuguang: “The difference… is that under the rule of law, the law is preeminent and can serve as a check against the abuse of power. Under rule by law, the law can serve as a mere tool for a government that suppresses in a legalistic fashion.”

Albert Venn Dicey, writing in The Law of the Constitution, summed up the Rule of Law as supreme above every individual, including the head of state:

“We mean in the second place, when we speak of the ‘rule of law’ as a characteristic of our country [England], not only that with us no man is above the law, but (what is a different thing) that here every man, whatever be his rank or condition, is subject to the ordinary law of the realm and amenable to the jurisdiction of the ordinary tribunals.”

Obama is subject to the law of the realm, he is not above it, as required by this ancient and venerable tradition of the Rule of Law which upholds freedom.

It is also said in regard to a lawful Constitution that “a stream cannot rise above its source”. By stream is meant all those officers occupying temporary posts to which they are elected or appointed in bodies and organs created by the Constitution and through whose ministrations power temporarily flows.

Thomas Aquinas, at Question 97, Article 4 of the Summa Theologica said the same thing in these words:

“For nothing can act beyond its own species; as an effect does not exceed its cause.”

What did he mean? He meant this: the CONSTITUTION IS THE “CAUSE”, it creates the structures of government. Those who fill elected and appointed offices in those structures, by command of constitutional procedures, are “EFFECTS”, not CAUSES.

An EFFECT is created BY a cause; an EFFECT cannot also BE the cause; an elected or appointed officer under a CONSTITUTION who defies the Constitution by pretending to “pass” unconstitutional “laws” is an EFFECT attempting to act like a CAUSE. This is not possible; it is unconstitutional; it is a COUP upon the lawful CAUSE, the CONSTITUTION.

The Constitution is the source, the stream is merely the channel through which the officer fulfills his functions prescribed by that source. And therefore, the officer is required to swear an oath to keep his place, an oath to not rise above the source. For, if he rises above the source of his temporary conditional power, he substitutes himself for the source; he replaces the Constitution with himself, and if in seeking to impose his tyranny he recruits the people, then he fools the people, for he exploits the people to overthrow not only the lawful Constitution, but themselves.

Delivering the judgment of the court in MARBURY v. MADISON, 5 U.S. 137 (1803) 5 U.S. 137 (Cranch), Chief Justice John Marshall said:

The question, whether an act, repugnant to the constitution, can become the law of the land, is a question deeply interesting to the United States; … It seems only necessary to recognise certain principles, supposed to have been long and well established, to decide it.

That the people have an original right to establish, for their future government, such principles as, in their opinion, shall most conduce to their own happiness, is the basis on which the whole American fabric has been erected. … The principles … so established are deemed fundamental. And as the authority, from which they proceed, is supreme, and can seldom act, they are designed to be permanent.

This original and supreme will organizes the government, and assigns to different departments their respective powers. It may either stop here; or establish certain limits not to be transcended by those departments.

The government of the United States is of the latter description. The powers of the legislature are defined and limited; and that those limits may not be mistaken or forgotten, the constitution is written. To what purpose are powers limited, and to what purpose is that limitation committed to writing; if these limits may, at any time, be passed by those intended to be restrained? The distinction between a government with limited and unlimited powers is abolished, if those limits do not confine the persons on whom they are imposed, and if acts prohibited and acts allowed are of equal obligation. It is a proposition too plain to be contested, that the constitution controls any legislative act repugnant to it; or, that the legislature may alter the constitution by an ordinary act.

Between these alternatives there is no middle ground. The constitution is either a superior, paramount law, unchangeable by ordinary means, or it is on a level with ordinary legislative acts, and like other acts, is alterable when the legislature shall please to alter it.

If the former part of the alternative be true, then a legislative act contrary to the constitution is not law: if the latter part be true, then written constitutions are absurd attempts, on the part of the people, to limit a power in its own nature illimitable.

Certainly all those who have framed written constitutions contemplate them as formingthe fundamental and paramount law of the nation, and consequently the theory of every such government must be, that an act of the legislature repugnant to the constitution is void.

This theory is essentially attached to a written constitution, and is consequently to be considered by this court as one of the fundamental principles of our society. It is not therefore to be lost sight of in the further consideration of this subject.

If an act of the legislature, repugnant to the constitution, is void, does it, notwithstanding its invalidity, bind the courts and oblige them to give it effect? Or, in other words, though it be not law, does it constitute a rule as operative as if it was a law? This would be to overthrow in fact what was established in theory; and would seem, at first view, an absurdity too gross to be insisted on. It shall, however, receive a more attentive consideration.

It is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is. Those who apply the rule to particular cases, must of necessity expound and interpret that rule. If two laws conflict with each other, the courts must decide on the operation of each. [5 U.S. 137, 178] So if a law be in opposition to the constitution: if both the law and the constitution apply to a particular case, so that the court must either decide that case conformably to the law, disregarding the constitution; or conformably to the constitution, disregarding the law: the court must determine which of these conflicting rules governs the case. This is of the very essence of judicial duty.

If then the courts are to regard the constitution; and he constitution is superior to any ordinary act of the legislature; the constitution, and not such ordinary act, must govern the case to which they both apply.

Those then who controvert the principle that the constitution is to be considered, in court, as a paramount law, are reduced to the necessity of maintaining that courts must close their eyes on the constitution, and see only the law.

This doctrine would subvert the very foundation of all written constitutions. It would declare that an act, which, according to the principles and theory of our government, is entirely void, is yet, in practice, completely obligatory. It would declare, that if the legislature shall do what is expressly forbidden, such act, notwithstanding the express prohibition, is in reality effectual. It would be giving to the legislature a practical and real omnipotence with the same breath which professes to restrict their powers within narrow limits. It is prescribing limits, and declaring that those limits may be passed at pleasure.

That it thus reduces to nothing what we have deemed the greatest improvement on political institutions-a written constitution, would of itself be sufficient, in America where written constitutions have been viewed with so much reverence, for rejecting the construction. But the peculiar expressions of the constitution of the United States furnish additional arguments in favour of its rejection.

The judicial power of the United States is extended to all cases arising under the constitution. Could it be the intention of those who gave this power, to say that, in using it, the constitution should not be looked into? That a case arising under the constitution should be decided without examining the instrument under which it arises?

This is too extravagant to be maintained.

The press and media, and countless politicians, falsely call VOID laws “law” and the “law of the land” and declare that it was “passed” when no such thing is possible under the Constitution. The people hear these things, and are tricked to believe that tyranny is law and that law is “stripped” and that they have lost their rights, and the Constitution, and that nonetheless, they must OBEY these void laws. The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be In agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows:

The General rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it’s enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.

Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it…..

A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the lend, it is superseded thereby.

No one Is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.

Strictly speaking, an unconstitutional statute is not a “law”, and should not be called a “law”, even if it is sustained by a court, for a finding that a statute or other official act is constitutional does not make it so, or confer any authority to anyone to enforce it.

All citizens and legal residents of the United States, by their presence on the territory of the United States, are subject to the militia duty, the duty of the social compact that creates the society, which requires that each, alone and in concert with others, not only obey the Constitution and constitutional official acts, but help enforce them, if necessary, at the risk of one’s life.

Any unconstitutional act of an official will at least be a violation of the oath of that official to execute the duties of his office, and therefore grounds for his removal from office. No official immunity or privileges of rank or position survive the commission of unlawful acts. If it violates the rights of individuals, it is also likely to be a crime, and the militia duty obligates anyone aware of such a violation to investigate it, gather evidence for a prosecution, make an arrest, and if necessary, seek an indictment from a grand jury, and if one is obtained, prosecute the offender in a court of law.

Americans have NOT lost their rights. The Constitution has not been “stripped”. However, there have been acts of treason and attempts to overthrow the Constitution by intimidating and deceiving the people that they must obey void “law” and bow to tyranny. The remedy is the COURT, not an “election”. This is criminal, not political. Congress has been self-discharged, how can Americans possibly allow those same people to sit and pretend to pass further “law”. Where is the logic in considering that people who perpetraed treason and are necessarily self-discharged, may sit sit back down again and vote to repeal the “void” and non-existent “law” they pretended to “pass” and which is only the proof of their treason.

Those elected to office under an existing Constitution are required to swear an oath of allegiance which entails non-abuse of powers conferred (LOANED) by that existing Constitution.

A court is bound by the history of the common law to assert its own supremacy over the Executive. To paraphrase Lord Templeton’s words in M. v. Home Office [1994] 1 AC 377 @ 395, to deny this supremacy would, if upheld, establish the proposition that the executive obeys the law as a matter of grace and not as a matter of necessity, a proposition which would reverse the result of the [English] Civil War.

In the United States of America, the matter of judicial control of the Executive has been put in the following way:

“No one, no matter how exalted his public office or how righteous his private motive, can be judge in his own case. That is what courts are for.” (United States v. United Mine Workers, 330 US 258 @ 307-309 (1947)).

For the Courts to maintain the Rule of Law and assert control over the Executive requires steadfastness on the part of the judiciary. As Chief Justice John Marshall of the United States Supreme Court so memorably stated in Marbury v. Madison, 5 US 137 1803:

“It is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is. … This is of the very essence of judicial duty.”

The supremacy of the judicial branch of government was reaffirmed by the unanimous Supreme Court decision in the landmark desegregation case of Cooper v. Aaron, 358 US 1 (1958), where it was said (@ 25) that:

“The duty to abstain from resistance to “the supreme Law of the Land,” U.S. Const., Art. VI 2, as declared by the organ of our Government for ascertaining it, does not require immediate approval of it nor does it deny the right of dissent. Criticism need not be stilled. Active obstruction or defiance is barred. Our kind of society cannot endure if the controlling authority of the Law as derived from the Constitution is not to be the tribunal specially charged with the duty of ascertaining and declaring what is “the supreme Law of the Land.”

And yet, candidate Ron Paul wants to be that “controlling authority”. He wants to play at “politics” with people who are self-discharged for acts of treason which Paul now pretends these same people have the “legal” power to “repeal”.

The Court’s most basic duty under the common law is to assert its supremacy over all other actors in the body politic. And so, it was also said in Cooper v. Aaron, 358 US 1 (1958) (@ 23) that:

“from their own experience and their deep reading in history, the Founders [of the United States of America] knew that Law alone saves a society from being rent by internecine strife or ruled by mere brute power however disguised. `Civilization involves subjection of force to reason, and the agency of this subjection is law.’ (Pound, The Future of Law (1937) 47 Yale L. J. 1, 13.) “

“The conception of a government by laws dominated the thoughts of those who founded this [358 U.S. 1, 24] Nation [USA] and designed its Constitution, although they knew as well as the belittlers of the conception that laws have to be made, interpreted and enforced by men. To that end, they set apart a body of men, who were to be the depositories of law, who by their disciplined training and character and by withdrawal from the usual temptations of private interest may reasonably be expected to be `as free, impartial, and independent as the lot of humanity will admit.’ So strongly were the framers of the [United States'] Constitution bent on securing A REIGN OF LAW that they endowed the judicial office with extraordinary safeguards and prestige. No one, no matter how exalted his public office or how righteous his private motive, can be judge in his own case. That is what courts are for.”

And yet, Ron Paul is attempting to make that same “Congress” judge in its own case when most of same are self-discharged for high treason by pretending to “pass” “into law” a REIGN OF TYRANNY that is nothing but VOID laws, an attempt to rule by mere brute power in place and instead of THE CONSTITUTION.

A Sitting Executive Can Become an Incipient Coup

As history unequivocally shows, an elected Executive can depart from its oath to become a coup. They do this by deliberately exceeding the limits imposed by the existing Constitution, the sole source of their own power; and by demonstrating intent to exceed those limits (which is equivalent to discarding sworn oaths) by imposing or planning to impose a de facto “new” Constitution of their own devising in place of the existing Constitution under which they were elected and sworn. In the present case of the NDAA, the Patriot Act, etc., the “new” constitution is A POLICE STATE.

A perfect example of a sitting Executive becoming a coup is the 11 November 1965 UDI of Ian Smith, who had served as a duly elected Prime Minister of the British self-governing colony of Southern Rhodesia from 13 April 1964 until his UDI.

That UDI, that Unilateral Declaration of Independence of Southern Rhodesia by a sitting Prime Minister converted Smith and his Executive co-conspirators into traitors to the lawful Constitution. Ian Smith and his Executive rewrote, and replaced the lawful Constitution with one of their own. This is a world-famous COUP.

Therefore, it is clear that an elected and sitting Executive can indeed become a COUP.

It is the high duty of competent courts of the USA to control the Executive, that is, to reign in Executive action to keep it under the existing Constitution and within the Rule of Law. Surely, the American people are running in droves to their courts as this is being written! The Fourth Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, all alleged to be “REPEALED”! And it’s a LIE.

It is a very grave situation when those who cover the news are apparently not qualified to cover it when it concerns matters of constitutional law, or constitutional law versus international law, because they MISLEAD the people! NDAA has been “passed” they say, it is “now the law of the land” clamor the broadcasters! And the politicians… in particular those who claim to strictly adhere and uphold the Constitution, all agree! The Constitution’s been “repealed”, you have “no rights”! Vote for me, I’ll return your rights, I’ll “restore” the Constitution. A generous offer: to “restore” what neither he nor his colleagues has any legal ability or power to remove! (Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!)

In addition, the U.N. regime has for decades now encouraged the notion of undistilled “democracy” as superior to everything else, including to lawful constitutions. This is tantamount to upholding insurrection over the Rule of Law, the very equivalent of what Obama and his self-ousted Congress are attempting to accomplish by pretending that it is just everyday election-day “politics” to attempt to impose a police state or maybe the people will vote to have their constitution “back”.

But, in fact it is NOT gone at all, because UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS ARE VOID, THEY ARE NOT “LAW” AND SHOULD NOT BE CALLED “LAW” and they have NO POWER TO “REPEAL” HUGE PARTS OF THE CONSTITUTION.

The overthrow of the constitution cannot be “voted” on at an election; TREASON cannot be “voted” on and accepted or rejected “democratically” by the people at an election. ELECTIONS are to determine the will of the people as to constitutionally VALID policy, not to use the people to accept or reject UNCONSTITUTIONAL rule by tyranny.

The citizens of America must make a stand for true democracy, which is not raw democracy, but democracy integrated into a lawfully entrenched constitutional system under the Rule of Law.

The failure of the press and media to exercise a criticial sense, and to discharge their duties objectively is threatening the peace and the lives of the people, most notably those who are innocent or unsophisticated.

This amounts to abuse of power by the press and media, and the consequences of this abuse can all too easily spread to other nations also attempting to uphold the Rule of Law over rule-by-the-law-of-tyrants. If one nation falls before this onslaught, then what of the others?

Obama Self-Discharged by his Void Oath of Office

Perjury is a criminal act; perjury voids the oaths of allegiance and office. If that were not the case, there would be no point taking the oath, you could step into office and do as you please. But the oath binds you to the limitations imposed by the Constitution.

If, once you get in, you attempt to exceed those limits, you have LIED to gain office; the oath which alone allowed you to take your seat as a legislator is VOID as a LIE. How can Obama who has voided his oath by signing NDAA and pretending to “pass” INDEFINITE MILITARY DETENTION into “law” CONTRARY TO THE CONSTITUTION, and who has ordered the cold-blooded murder of American ciizens, now pretend it’s just a “political” option and we can all “vote” on it at the next election?

That is a COUP.

United States President, John F. Kennedy, in The President and the Press: Address Before the American Newspaper Publishers Association on 27 April 1961, said:

“And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment.”

If I were a citizen of the United States, I would wake up now and realize that precisely what President Kennedy warned of has occurred, and it is time to immediately visit a competent court to launch ouster proceedings against Obama and all who pretended to “pass” NDAA into “law” because they are NOW usurping, not exercising office, being self-discharged for treason. Citizens in every State should be running to court right now.

Moreover, those detaining the presidency of the United States of America as proxies for the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission and other nodes in that supranational network, plan to seize and annex Canada’s land, people and resources to complete a North American Union that is well underway on PRETEXT OF 9/11.

Obama’s unilterally imposed police-state constitution is on the SAME PRETEXT. They both go together: continental union (the hijacking of Canada) and police-state VOID “laws” to control masses in their millions, and which will also spread to Canada as my country is hijacked and reeled in to your USA police state.

We already have so-called Prime Minister Stephen Harper (de facto, not de jure), who is Obama’s best personal friend, illegally funnelling over $5 million in Canadian tax dollars to RADICAL COMMUNISTS IN QUEBEC whom Haperr calls “democratic partners”. Harper is helping to destabilize Canada for dissolution on completion of illegal “deep integration”, which means, he, too, is out of office for HIGH TREASON.

Meanwhile, Mr. Obama is waiting with his arms wide to receive the balkanized remains of Canada into his North American Soviet Police-State Union. I’m not playing the phony “voting” game which only buys time for the COUP to cary out further tyranny. I’m letting the Courts decide. You should do likewise:

What we have by the passage of the NDAA and other criminal legislation of the US Federal Government (possibly also the new ACTA agreement) are illegal acts that absolutely violate the laws laid out in the US Constitution.

ACTA: The Corporate Usurpation Of The Internet (And The Death Of Free Speech Via The Internet?)

With all the attention on the crisis in the Middle East, the upcoming Super Bowl football game in America, and other issues that to me are mostly just fluff and fillers, there has quietly been the passage of a dastardly new bill by the European Union, the United States, Canada, and Japan, that could spell the end of the Internet as probably the last true outlet of free speech and the real truth left on planet Earth.

I want to present the following report, that came to my attention from my friend Whitewraithe, who writes the Pragmatic Witness blog at www.whitewraithe.wordpress.com. In the wake of a public outcry against internet regulation bills such as SOPA and PIPA, representatives of the EU have signed a new and far more threatening legislation yesterday in Tokyo. Spearheaded by the governments of the United States and Japan and constructed largely in the absence of public awareness, the measures of the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) dramatically alter current international legal framework, while introducing the first substantial processes of global internet governance. With complete contempt towards the democratic process, the negotiations of the treaty were exclusively held between industry representatives and government officials, while excluding elected representatives and members of the press from their hearings.

Under the guise of protecting intellectual property rights, the treaty introduces measures that would allow the private sector to enforce sweeping central authority over internet content. The ACTA abolishes all legal oversight involving the removal of content and allows copyright holders to force ISPs to remove material from the internet, something that presently requires a court order. ISPs would then be faced with legal liabilities if they chose not to remove content. Theoretically, personal blogs can be removed for using company logos without permission or simply linking to copy written material; users could be criminalized, barred from accessing the internet and even imprisoned for sharing copyrighted material. Ultimately, these implications would be starkly detrimental toward the internet as a medium for free speech.

The Obama Administration subverted the legal necessity of allowing to US Senate to ratify the treaty by unconstitutionally declaring it an “executive agreement” before the President promptly signed it on October 1^st, 2011. As a touted constitutional lawyer, Barack Obama is fully aware that Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution, mandates Congress in dealing with issues of intellectual property, thus voiding the capacity for the President to issue an executive agreement. The White House refused to even disclose details about the legislation to elected officials and civil libertarians over concern that doing so may incur “damage to the national security.” While some may hang off every word of his sorely insincere speeches and still be fixated by the promises of hope offered by brand-Obama, his administration has trampled the constitution and introduced the most comprehensive authoritarian legislation in America’s history.

In addition to imposing loosely defined criminal sanctions to average web users, the ACTA treaty will also obligate ISPs to disclose personal user information to copyright holders. The measures introduce legislative processes that contradict the legal framework of participant countries and allows immigration authorities to search laptops, external hard drives and Internet-capable devices at airports and border checkpoints. The treaty is not limited solely to internet-related matters, ACTA would prohibit the production of generic pharmaceuticals and outlaw the use of certain seeds for crops through patents, furthering the corporate cartelization of the food and drug supply.

ACTA would allow companies from any participating country (which include EU member states, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Morocco) to shut down websites without any explanation. Hypothetically, nothing could prevent private Singaporean companies from promptly taking down American websites that oppose the Singapore Air Force conducting war games on US soil,such as those conducted in December 2011. By operating outside normal judicial framework, exporting US copyright law to the rest of the world and mandating private corporations to conduct surveillance on their users, all prerequisites of democracy, transparency and self-expression are an afterthought.

The further monopolization of the existing resources of communication, exchange and expression is ever present in the form of deceptive new articles of legislation that unanimously call for the implementation of the same austere censorship measures. Even if the ACTA treaty is not implemented, the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TTP)between Australia, Brunei, Chile, Malaysia, New Zealand, Peru, Vietnam and the United States offers more extensive intellectual property regulations. Leaked documents prepared by the U.S. Business Coalition (which have been reportedly drafted by the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufactures of America, the US Chamber of Commerce, and the Motion Picture Association of America) report that in addition to ACTA-style legislation, the TTP will impose fines on non-compliant entities and work to extend the general period of copy write terms on individual products.

Under the sweeping regulations of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, individual infringers will be criminalized and sentenced with the same severity as large-scale offenders. Within the United States, the recently announced Online Protection and Enforcement of Digital Trade (OPEN) H.R. 3782 regulation seeks to install policies largely identical to SOPA and PIPA. The Obama administration is also working towards an Internet ID program, which may be mandatory for American citizens and required when renewing passports, obtaining federal licenses, or applying for social security. Spreading these dangerous measures to other countries participating in these treaties would necessitate a binding obligation on the US to retain these policies, averting any chance of reform.

The ACTA will become law once it is formally ratified and cleared by the European Parliament in June. By petitioning members of the European parliament and educating others about the potential dangers imposed by this legislation, there is a chance of the treaty being rejected. Upon closer examination of the human condition with all of its inequalities, food insecurity and dire social issues, our governments have lost their legitimacy for giving such unwarranted priority to fighting copyright infringement on behalf of lobbyists from the pharmaceutical and entertainment industries. The existence of ACTA is a clear statement that surveillance, regulations and securing further corporate centralization dwarfs any constructive shift towards stimulating human innovation and self-sufficient technologies.

When former US National Security Advisor and Trilateral Commission co-founder, Zbigniew Brzezinski spoke before the Council on Foreign Relations in 2010, he warned of a global political awakening beginning to take place. Technology such as file sharing, blogging, and open source software has the potential to undermine the oligarchical governing interests seeking to centrally control our society and enforce the population into being entirely dependent on their commodities. The following excerpt from Brzezinski’s book Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era, provides invaluable insight into the world being brought in; “The technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values. Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and maintain up-to-date complete files containing even the most personal information about the citizen. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities.”

The push for a war against Iran by both the criminal state of Israel and their puppet slaves in America is still going on at a feverish pace. The United States is continuing with its build up of men and armaments in nations bordering Iran, and we still have the absolutely false statements coming from the American and Israeli governments that Iran is "close" to building nuclear weapons.

But there are continuing reports coming from the IAEA, and even organizations within the United States and Israel that shows that Iran is still years away from actually building any type of nuclear weapon. So we must seriously ask ourselves WHY these nations are still in a head long rush to attack and destroy Iran? There must be another reason that is not being told to the general public!

Well...I have put up several articles before showing that the real reason for attacking and destroying Iran is purely to save the United States from total economic collapse that it has brought upon itself. The official line from the United States and the European Union is that Tehran must be punished for continuing its efforts to develop a nuclear weapon. The punishment: sanctions on Iran's oil exports, which are meant to isolate Iran and depress the value of its currency to such a point that the country crumbles.

But that line doesn't make sense, and the sanctions will not achieve their goals. Iran is far from isolated and its friends – like India – will stand by the oil-producing nation until the US either backs down or acknowledges the real matter at hand. That matter is the American dollar and its role as the global reserve currency.

The short version of the story is that a 1970s deal cemented the US dollar as the only currency to buy and sell crude oil, and from that monopoly on the all-important oil trade the US dollar slowly but surely became the reserve currency for global trades in most commodities and goods. Massive demand for US dollars ensued, pushing the dollar's value up, up, and away. In addition, countries stored their excess US dollars savings in US Treasuries, giving the US government a vast pool of credit from which to draw.

We know where that situation led – to a US government suffocating in debt while its citizens face stubbornly high unemployment (due in part to the high value of the dollar); a failed real estate market; record personal-debt burdens; a bloated banking system; and a teetering economy. That is not the picture of a world superpower worthy of the privileges gained from having its currency back global trade. Other countries are starting to see that and are slowly but surely moving away from US dollars in their transactions, starting with oil.

If the US dollar loses its position as the global reserve currency, the consequences for America are dire. A major portion of the dollar's valuation stems from its lock on the oil industry – if that monopoly fades, so too will the value of the dollar. Such a major transition in global fiat currency relationships will bode well for some currencies and not so well for others, and the outcomes will be challenging to predict. But there is one outcome that we foresee with certainty: Gold will rise. Uncertainty around paper money always bodes well for gold, and these are uncertain days indeed.

The Petrodollar System

To explain this situation properly, we have to start in 1973. That's when President Nixon asked King Faisal of Saudi Arabia to accept only US dollars as payment for oil and to invest any excess profits in US Treasury bonds, notes, and bills. In exchange, Nixon pledged to protect Saudi Arabian oil fields from the Soviet Union and other interested nations, such as Iran and Iraq. It was the start of something great for the US, even if the outcome was as artificial as the US real-estate bubble and yet constitutes the foundation for the valuation of the US dollar.

By 1975, all of the members of OPEC agreed to sell their oil only in US dollars. Every oil-importing nation in the world started saving its surplus in US dollars so as to be able to buy oil; with such high demand for dollars the currency strengthened. On top of that, many oil-exporting nations like Saudi Arabia spent their US dollar surpluses on Treasury securities, providing a new, deep pool of lenders to support US government spending.
The "petrodollar" system was a brilliant political and economic move. It forced the world's oil money to flow through the US Federal Reserve, creating ever-growing international demand for both US dollars and US debt, while essentially letting the US pretty much own the world's oil for free, since oil's value is denominated in a currency that America controls and prints. The petrodollar system spread beyond oil: the majority of international trade is done in US dollars. That means that from Russia to China, Brazil to South Korea, every country aims to maximize the US-dollar surplus garnered from its export trade to buy oil.

The US has reaped many rewards. As oil usage increased in the 1980s, demand for the US dollar rose with it, lifting the US economy to new heights. But even without economic success at home the US dollar would have soared, because the petrodollar system created consistent international demand for US dollars, which in turn gained in value. A strong US dollar allowed Americans to buy imported goods at a massive discount – the petrodollar system essentially creating a subsidy for US consumers at the expense of the rest of the world. Here, finally, the US hit on a downside: The availability of cheap imports hit the US manufacturing industry hard, and the disappearance of manufacturing jobs remains one of the biggest challenges in resurrecting the US economy today.

There is another downside, a potential threat now lurking in the shadows. The value of the US dollar is determined in large part by the fact that oil is sold in US dollars. If that trade shifts to a different currency, countries around the world won't need all their US money. The resulting sell-off of US dollars would weaken the currency dramatically.

So here's an interesting thought experiment. Everybody says the US goes to war to protect its oil supplies, but doesn't it really go to war to ensure the continuation of the petrodollar system?

The Iraq war provides a good example. Until November 2000, no OPEC country had dared to violate the US dollar-pricing rule, and while the US dollar remained the strongest currency in the world there was also little reason to challenge the system. But in late 2000, France and a few other EU members convinced Saddam Hussein to defy the petrodollar process and sell Iraq's oil for food in euros, not dollars. In the time between then and the March 2003 American invasion of Iraq, several other nations hinted at their interest in non-US dollar oil trading, including Russia, Iran, Indonesia, and even Venezuela. In April 2002, Iranian OPEC representative Javad Yarjani was invited to Spain by the EU to deliver a detailed analysis of how OPEC might at some point sell its oil to the EU for euros, not dollars.

This movement, founded in Iraq, was starting to threaten the dominance of the US dollar as the global reserve currency and petro currency. In March 2003, the US invaded Iraq, ending the oil-for-food program and its euro payment program.

There are many other historic examples of the US stepping in to halt a movement away from the petrodollar system, often in covert ways. In February 2011, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), called for a new world currency to challenge the dominance of the US dollar. Three months later a maid at the Sofitel New York Hotel alleged that Strauss-Kahn sexually assaulted her. Strauss-Kahn was forced out of his role at the IMF within weeks; he has since been cleared of any wrongdoing.

War and insidious interventions of this sort may be costly, but the costs of not protecting the petrodollar system would be far higher. If euros, yen, renminbi, rubles, or for that matter straight gold, were generally accepted for oil, the US dollar would quickly become irrelevant, rendering the currency almost worthless. As the rest of the world realizes that there are other options besides the US dollar for global transactions, the US is facing a very significant – and very messy – transition in the global oil machine.

The Iranian Dilemma

Iran may be isolated from the United States and Western Europe, but Tehran still has some pretty staunch allies. Iran and Venezuela are advancing $4 billion worth of joint projects, including a bank. India has pledged to continue buying Iranian oil because Tehran has been a great business partner for New Delhi, which struggles to make its payments. Greece opposed the EU sanctions because Iran was one of very few suppliers that had been letting the bankrupt Greeks buy oil on credit. South Korea and Japan are pleading for exemptions from the coming embargoes because they rely on Iranian oil. Economic ties between Russia and Iran are getting stronger every year.

Then there's China. Iran's energy resources are a matter of national security for China, as Iran already supplies no less than 15% of China's oil and natural gas. That makes Iran more important to China than Saudi Arabia is to the United States. Don't expect China to heed the US and EU sanctions much – China will find a way around the sanctions in order to protect two-way trade between the nations, which currently stands at $30 billion and is expected to hit $50 billion in 2015. In fact, China will probably gain from the US and EU sanctions on Iran, as it will be able to buy oil and gas from Iran at depressed prices.

So Iran will continue to have friends, and those friends will continue to buy its oil. More importantly, you can bet they won't be paying for that oil with US dollars. Rumors are swirling that India and Iran are at the negotiating table right now, hammering out a deal to trade oil for gold, supported by a few rupees and some yen. Iran is already dumping the dollar in its trade with Russia in favor of rials and rubles. India is already using the yuan with China; China and Russia have been trading in rubles and yuan for more than a year; Japan and China are moving towards transactions in yen and yuan.

And all those energy trades between Iran and China? That will be settled in gold, yuan, and rial. With the Europeans out of the mix, in short order none of Iran's 2.4 million barrels of oil a day will be traded in petrodollars.

With all this knowledge in hand, it starts to seem pretty reasonable that the real reason tensions are mounting in the Persian Gulf is because the United States is desperate to torpedo this movement away from petrodollars. The shift is being spearheaded by Iran and backed by India, China, and Russia. That is undoubtedly enough to make Washington anxious enough to seek out an excuse to topple the regime in Iran.

Speaking of that search for an excuse, this is interesting. A team of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors just visited Iran. The IAEA is supervising all things nuclear in Iran, and it was an IAEA report in November warning that the country was progressing in its ability to make weapons that sparked this latest round of international condemnation against the supposedly near-nuclear state. But after their latest visit, the IAEA's inspectors reported no signs of bomb making. Oh, and if keeping the world safe from rogue states with nuclear capabilities were the sole motive, why have North Korea and Pakistan been given a pass?

There is another consideration to keep in mind, one that is very important when it comes to making some investment decisions based on this situation: Russia, India, and China – three members of the rising economic powerhouse group known as the BRICs (which also includes Brazil) – are allied with Iran and are major gold producers. If petrodollars go out of vogue and trading in other currencies gets too complicated, they will tap their gold storehouses to keep the crude flowing. Gold always has and always will be the fallback currency and, as mentioned before, when currency relationships start to change and valuations become hard to predict, trading in gold is a tried and true failsafe.

2012 might end up being most famous as the year in which the world defected from the US dollar as the global currency of choice. Imagine the rest of the world doing the math and, little by little, beginning to do business in their own currencies and investing ever less of their surpluses in US Treasuries. It constitutes nothing less than a slow but sure decimation of the dollar.

That may not be a bad thing for the United States. The country's gargantuan debts can never be repaid as long as the dollar maintains anything close to its current valuation. Given the state of the country, all that's really left supporting the value in the dollar is its global reserve currency status. If that goes and the dollar slides, maybe the US will be able to repay its debts and start fresh. That new start would come without the privileges and ingrained subsidies to which Americans are so accustomed, but it's amazing that the petrodollar system has lasted this long. It was only a matter of time before something would break it down.

Finally, the big question: How can one profit from this evolving situation? Playing with currencies is always very risky and, with the global game set to shift to significantly, it would require a lot of analysis and a fair bit of luck. The much more reliable way to play the game is through gold. Gold is the only currency backed by a physical commodity; and it is always where investors hide from a currency storm. The basic conclusion is that a slow demise of the petrodollar system is bullish for gold and very bearish for the US dollar.

NTS Notes: To me, this is absolutely sickening. There is indeed strong evidence that the US attacked and destroyed Iraq for exactly the same reason...To protect its dollar hegemony in oil trading. These monsters care not that their wars for greed and stupidity have cost the lives of millions of innocent people, just as long as the almighty US dollar continues to reign supreme.

The next time we hear from our sick governments that Iran needs to be attacked because it is "developing nuclear weapons", let everyone know about the real reasons why these sickos are clamouring for war.... Canadian researchers find a simple cure for cancer, but major pharmaceutical companies are not interested.

Researchers at the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, Canada have cured cancer last week, yet there is a little ripple in the news or in TV. It is a simple technique using very basic drug. The method employs dichloroacetate, which is currently used to treat metabolic disorders. So, there is no concern of side effects or about their long term effects.

This drug doesn't require a patent, so anyone can employ it widely and cheaply compared to the costly cancer drugs produced by major pharmaceutical companies.

Canadian scientists tested this dichloroacetate (DCA) on human's cells; it killed lung, breast and brain cancer cells and left the healthy cells alone. It was tested on Rats inflicted with severe tumors; their cells shrank when they were fed with water supplemented with DCA. The drug is widely available and the technique is easy to use, why the major drug companies are not involved? Or the Media interested in this find?

In human bodies there is a natural cancer fighting human cell, the mitochondria, but they need to be triggered to be effective. Scientists used to think that these mitochondria cells were damaged and thus ineffective against cancer. So they used to focus on glycolysis, which is less effective in curing cancer and more wasteful. The drug manufacturers focused on this glycolysis method to fight cancer. This DCA on the other hand doesn't rely on glycolysis instead on mitochondria; it triggers the mitochondria which in turn fights the cancer cells.

The side effect of this is it also reactivates a process called apoptosis. You see, mitochondria contain an all-too-important self-destruct button that can't be pressed in cancer cells. Without it, tumors grow larger as cells refuse to be extinguished. Fully functioning mitochondria, thanks to DCA, can once again die.

With glycolysis turned off, the body produces less lactic acid, so the bad tissue around cancer cells doesn't break down and seed new tumors.

Pharmaceutical companies are not investing in this research because DCA method cannot be patented, without a patent they can't make money, like they are doing now with their AIDS Patent. Since the pharmaceutical companies won't develop this, the article says other independent laboratories should start producing this drug and do more research to confirm all the above findings and produce drugs. All the groundwork can be done in collaboration with the Universities, who will be glad to assist in such research and can develop an effective drug for curing cancer.

This article wants to raise awareness for this study, hope some independent companies and small startup will pick up this idea and produce these drugs, because the big companies won't touch it for a long time.

NTS Notes: I have already put up an article previously talking about how Dichloroacetate is a readily available cure for Cancer, and the fact that it is cheap and easy to produce. But have YOU actually ever heard of Dichloroacetate? I guarantee that you will never find it in media reports anywhere.

However we face an uphill battle against the criminals in charge of the Cancer treatment centers that make billions of dollars annually by promoting their so called "treatments".

If the truth is ever known to the public that a simple readily available chemical can be taken that will actually cure this horrendous disease, then these criminals in charge of these "treatment" centers would be put out of business. THAT is exactly why the actual cures for cancer are kept hidden from the general public... There is no money to be made!

So we have a society that haves patients pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to criminal establishments for their so called "Cancer Treatments" such as chemotherapy and radiation, that in almost all cases never cures the disease, but actually weakens the patient's immune systems and allows the Cancer to spread! To me that is morbid and shows how truly corrupt our own medical establishment truly is.

Please take this information and pass it around. If you do know of anyone that is suffering from Cancer, why not tell them about Dichloroacetate? Considering how those that suffer from Cancer are ravaged by the so called "treatments", what have they got to lose by just trying this simple chemical instead?

This is an expanded version of a reply I made to an email from a Jewish woman. We all deal with Jewish people in our daily lives and some of us even have Jewish relatives. And a few of my readers are either Jewish or partially Jewish descent.

I have never said all Jews are either evil or insane. Nor am I at war with all Jewish people. But it is clear that the Jewish leaders have declared war on me and all Goyim. 911 was done by Israel and by Jewish leaders in America. But more importantly it was covered up by the Jewish controlled press worldwide. They were aided by every Jew who either intimidated co-workers or fired employees who talked about 911 being an Inside Job. They did nor want the truth of 911 to be an issue knowing that it would trace back to Israel. But 911 Truth is coming out and all the Jewish social capital has already been expended. What will they do next to stifle dissent? Start a war, declare martial law and throw millions of Americans into concentration camps?

I told her that Jewish people also need to distance themselves from Wall Street which stole 30 trillion dollars from her fellow Americans. The Jewish leadership partially covered it up by inflating the currency which will lead to hyperinflation and a 50% pay cut for her neighbors. In the last Depression only 3 million Americans died from starvation. I expect 9 million to die in the next one. Americans have over 300 million guns and 10 billion bullets. In less than two years I expect hyperinflation and a 30% unemployment rate. What do you think will happen when 48 million Americans on Food Stamps and 68 million other poor people have no way to buy food because Jewish leaders insisted on their right to steal every last penny from the Goyim? Even if the Goyim are willing to go without food for three days to prove they are not anti-Semitic, what is your plan as a Jewish person for surviving on the fourth day?

A sizable number of the 20 million plus Jewish people in America need to distance themselves from their self-appointed leaders. They need to stand up and tell the truth that 911 was done by Israel and by traitors inside the American government.

Jewish and Goyim bankers need to be arrested for fraud. The Federal Reserve is designed to transfer wealth from those who work for a living to the bankers who won the right to create our dollars when they passed the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. The Israelis and American Jewish leaders joined forces to kill President Kennedy on the 53rd anniversary of the secret meeting that created the Federal Reserve. JFK was also murdered because Israel wanted nuclear weapons so nobody could stop them whenever they feel the need to commit genocide. There are 300 million Arabs living in the area from the Nile to the Euphrates. The land the Zionists all claim as Greater Israel. Israel’s goal is to dispossess or kill most of those people.

I need to mention the assassination of Martin Luther King who was murdered because he opposed the war in Vietnam and was going to organize an effective opposition. Martin was a Goy so he wanted an effective movement that would change things as opposed to all the phony Jewish anti-war socialist types who took over after his assassination. Like Kennedy King was assassinated on an important anniversary which was a message to you. MLK was killed one year to the day of his April 4th anti-war speech at the Riverside church in New York. The messages of the JFK and MLK assassinations are that you are not allowed to say No either to senseless wars or to the looting of your nation. In case you have not guessed it. This country for the time being is theirs and not yours. That was the third message of the assassinations of JFK. RFK and MLK.

Jewish people know how their self-appointed leaders rise to the top. The Goyim need to know how it works too. The Jewish bankers compete for the trade in laundering trillion dollars a year in drug money. They also launder 400 billion dollars a year in illegal weapons. And don’t forget the 500 billion dollars a year in political bribes. The banker who hires the most assassins wins. The rest of the Jews must obey the dictates of this network of psychopaths. Because the 20th century was a Jewish century the Goyim had to accept whatever the dictates of the Zionist Criminal Family. If the Jewish leaders say Iraq has Weapons of Mass Destruction, then we must believe the lie and go to war spending a trillion dollars we don’t have and killing lots of people we will never get to know.

Please remember all the famines, Depressions, Inflations, revolutions, Gulags and wars of the last century were done when the Jews were in charge. The 21st century is shaping up to be even worse. The next Depression will give us worldwide famine, food riots, hyperinflation, wars and – I think – killer plagues.

I can categorically state that the Jews will not be in charge of anything by the end of the 21st century. There might not be a planet left. But whatever is here will not be run by Jews. Jews know the majority of their people are unfit to run a government because they cannot see a non-Jew as a real human being.

Do you really want to live in a nation where as a Jewish person you are required to spy on your neighbors and co-workers reporting any incidents of clear thinking to the secret police? How does it benefit you as a Jewish person to make honesty and integrity fatal diseases? A friend of mine from Kiev told me that during the 1930s the Jews used to call the secret police to report their neighbors for being Christians and other such capital offenses. The Stalinist regime was killing millions of Goyim every year. The Jews of Russia had killed 350,000 priests when they first took over. As payment for their loyalty, they allowed the criminals in the secret police to rape more than half a million Goyim women to death. Stalin starved 10 million Ukrainians to death so he knew he had to keep a firm grip on the situation. 9 million America will starve to death if we do not recognize the cancer that passes for leadership in America. NTS Notes: It is amazing even to myself on how well these criminals worked diligently to cover for the crimes of their fellow tribe members in committing the murderous attacks of 9-11.

I too can understand Horse237's plight when it comes to where the Jews in America stand when it comes to the criminality of their fellow tribe members... However, I do believe strongly that the majority would still sell out their host nation, America, in a heartbeat if it helps the criminal state of Israel in any manner. Such is their tribal mentality.

The facts he presents are absolutely true... The Jewish people are directly or indirectly responsible for all of the major wars in the last century, and many of the other conflicts in our recorded history as well.

You could make the argument that the two world wars were for their banking and world dominion interests. World War One financed by the Rothschilds to break and bankrupt the nations of Europe and to bring in their first attempt at world government (League of Nations 1919) and to set the eventual grounds for their illegal seizure of Palestine (Balfour Declaration 1917) to have their planned nation of Israel formed.

But because their attempt at world government via the League of Nations after World War I failed, they had to have and finance World War II to again push for world government (United Nations 1945), bankrupt more nations, and finally to have their evil entity on earth, Israel, created (1948).

In between these conflicts, they also are responsible for the Bolshevik (Jewish) Revolution in Russia which of course killed some 60+ million Russians. Including all other wars attributed to their evil actions, we have some 250 million people perishing in the last century alone by their actions.. So to them, as Horse237 says, it will be nothing to them to see another 6 billion perish for their eventual goal of world domination.

After the disaster at the TEPCO nuclear facility occurred back on March 11th, 2011, there has been an absolute conspiracy of silence by both our media and our criminal governments. We have already seen the reports of the deadly fallout over North America from that disaster, but that is actually small potatoes so to speak, compared to the absolute hell on earth the people of Japan must be experiencing having that disaster happen right in their country!

The Japanese government predicted a worst-case scenario at the height of its nuclear crisis last year warning that tens of millions of people, including Tokyo residents, might need to evacuate the region to avoid contamination.

But fearing widespread panic, authorities kept the analysis secret.

The 15-page warning was compiled by experts and presented to then-prime minister Naoto Kan two weeks after the March 11 earthquake and tsunamis that triggered nuclear-reactor meltdowns at a power plant northeast of Tokyo and forced 80,000 nearby residents to flee. The twin disasters left 20,000 people dead or missing.

After Mr. Kan received the report on March 25, he and other Japanese officials publicly insisted there was no need to prepare for wide-scale evacuations.

The Associated Press quotes Cabinet minister Goshi Hosono as saying the scenario was "based on hypothesis, and even in the event of such a development, we were told that residents would have enough time to evacuate."

The report, leaked recently to the Associated Press, detailed several ways the nuclear crisis could escalate, including reactor explosions, complete core meltdowns and structural failures preventing water pools from cooling spent nuclear fuel.

The authors are quoted as saying "we can not rule out further developments that may lead to an unpredictable situation" at the plant, if the meltdowns spiral out of control and radiation levels spike. In that case, the authors said evacuations should be ordered within a 170-kilometer radius, with voluntary evacuations provided for everyone living within 250 kilometers and beyond.

The largest proposed evacuation area would have included Tokyo and its suburbs, with a population of 35-million residents.

Japanese regulators and politicians have come under heated criticism for how they disseminated information in the hours and days after disaster struck. Officials initially denied that plant reactors had melted down, and have since been accused of minimizing the health risks of radiation exposure.

NTS Notes: I have already noted many times about how the Japanese government itself has been putting an absolute tight lid on truthful information about the real situation at Fukushima, and after reading this report that they had already created a report about a possible worse case scenario about this disaster, I am beginning to wonder if the findings in that report are actually the real truth about the situation.

I cannot even fathom the idea of having to evacuate the Japanese islands in a worse case scenario for Fukushima. As the report above indicates, there are some 35 million people living in the greater Tokyo district near the Fukushima nuclear power station alone. To evacuate such a massive population is absolutely beyond the Japanese government's capabilities. It is no wonder that this report is kept buried and away from public eye...

So what is the truth about how bad the Fukushima disaster is? I truly suspect that the governments are downplaying this disaster, especially in Japan itself. The net result could be the deaths of millions of people in the upcoming decade alone due to sicknesses associated with radiation. That to me is truly criminal.

With the rush towards war with Iran in support of "America's greatest ally", the criminal state of Israel, we sometimes need to be reminded of just how "great" this so called "ally" truly is. One of the glaring examples that the American public tends to forget is of course the Israeli Mossad operation against the United States of America on September 11th, 2001.

The Armed Forces Institute of Pathology analyzed the DNA of the passengers and crew of Flight 77 which was alleged to have struck the Pentagon. They found no Arab DNA. In the references below I have published a list of passengers and crew of the four hijacked 911 airplanes. There were no Arabs on any of the planes.

These planes were most likely hijacked electronically. This had been possible since the 1990s when SPC announced its Command Transmitter System. It allows the user to control up to eight planes at one time.

Rabbi Dov Zakheim was President of SPC International in the 1990s and Comptroller of the Pentagon on September 10, 2001 when Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld announced that 2.3 trillion dollars in DOD money had gone missing.

At 9:32 am on 9-11-2001 a bomb went off that killed the military auditors looking for that 2.3 trillion dollars that Rumsfeld and Zakheim had announced they could not find. You will never see a witness to that bomb on Jewish owned American TV networks. Nor will you see a reporter ask the FBI Director to explain how Al Qaeda got inside the Pentagon to plant those bombs.

Robert Andrews on 9-11 was Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations-the top civilian official in charge of special operations. He was a former Green Beret. He was in the Counter Terrorism Center when he said he saw and heard a bomb go off in the auditing section next door at just before 9:32 am.

The following is from Barbara Honegger’s The Pentagon Attack Papers

The Naudet brothers from Canada were filming a documentary in Manhattan on 9-11. They were inside a New York City fire station when they recorded a TV broadcast shortly after 9:30 reporting an attack at the Pentagon.

Denmark’s soon-to-be Foreign Minister Per Stig Moller was in a building in Washington, D.C. on 9/11 from which he heard an explosion, looked out and saw the smoke first rise from the Pentagon. He immediately looked at his watch which read 9:32 am.

The Washington Post interviewed military officers who said they heard a bomb.

There was no serial number on the Flight Data Recorder the military alleges it recovered from the Pentagon crash site. This missing serial number is contrary to US law.

The FBI never released any serial numbers from any plane parts found at the alleged crash site for Flight 77 at the Pentagon.

There was never one part from any of the 4 planes with an identifiable serial number traced to any of the 4 hijacked planes ever found.

On the day of 9-11 Jamie McIntyre from CNN said on a live TV broadcast he never saw any evidence of a plane impact at the Pentagon. 6 years later he denied saying what today is still available on YouTube.

Dulles air traffic control radar reported that Flight 77 was several minutes away when the Pentagon had already been attacked.

Let’s take another look at the World Trade Center on 9-11. 2.3 trillion dollars went missing from the Pentagon before the bombs took out the auditors on 911. Did anything go missing at the WTC?

There was a COMEX vault containing gold and silver bullion in the basement four levels down at WTC Tower 4. A billion dollars in gold and silver went missing from the COMEX on 9-10-2001.

Jim Willie PhD told us that the Treasury Department in the 1990s sold 2.2 trillion dollars more in Treasury bonds than were required to finance the debt. The evidence for this theft of 2.2 trillion dollars was in the offices of Cantor Fitzgerald at One World Trade Center on 9-11-2001. All the evidence was conveniently vaporized.

WTC7 was never hit by a plane but for some unknown reason just sort of fell down right after federal agents told New York cops to clear the area. Jane Stanley announced the collapse of WTC 7 live on the BBC more than 20 minutes before it happened. The BBC said they had been told by Reuters that the 47 story building had already fallen down. Reuters is owned by the Rothschilds who have also bought Associated Press. I should point out that the British go off Summer Time before the US goes off Daylight Savings time which explains the error made by conspirators in America and England.

Other anomalies from New York on 911.

Many of the WTC steel columns were cut into 30 foot lengths, a convenient size for the steel to be carried away by removal crews. Can you explain why jet fuel and office fires would be so precise in their measurement of the steel girders they cut?

Prior to the first plane hitting the North Tower janitors and building engineers in the basement reported blasts that killed and injured several workers.

The North and South Towers had 47 central core steel columns and 236 perimeter columns for a total of 283. For the buildings to fall straight down at nearly free fall speed all 283 connections from the columns to each of the 110 floors in both buildings had to be cut within a second of each other. Keeping in mind open air fires cannot reach half of the temperature required to melt steel, how do you explain (2 X 110 X 283) 62,260 connections in the two Towers all being severed simultaneously by an office fire? Isn’t this a definition of a controlled demolition?

Molten iron was still at the WTC weeks after 911 when the rubble was being removed. This has never been seen before or since in office fires.

Human bones were found on the roof of the Deutsche bank building across the street from the WTC. The bones were all centimeters in size. How do you explain office fires cutting human bones to such small sizes and depositing them on the roof of the nearby building?

On 9-11 cars a block away from the WTC exploded. How do you explain that by office fires?

WTC Towers 1 and 2 both weighed 500,000 tons (453,592,400 kilograms) each. 1,000,000 tons (907,184,800 Kilograms) of debris were supposed to have fallen on tanks in the lowest level of the 5 basement floors of WTC 1 and 2. Yet those tanks were not damaged by the collapse of the Towers but were severely damaged by the debris removal crew. The 1,000,000 tons were turned into dust. The debris pile was too small for the Towers. They did not melt in the fire as steel and concrete do not melt until 2,200 (1204.4) and 3,000 (1815.6) degrees respectively. Office fires cannot do any of these things.

Thermite was invented in 1893 in Germany. It has been used by welders for more than a 100 years to cut metal. Thermite has a metal oxide which increases the size of its flame by releasing oxygen. Sulfur, magnesium and aluminum can be added to increase the intensity of the burn. Nanothermite is available only from above top secret labs in the US and Israel. It’s fine milling and high surface area relative to its nanometer size volume allows it to reach a temperature of 5,200 degrees (2871.11 Celsius) and burn through steel girders in seconds. It can be sprayed on to a target and detonated later after it dries. Nanothermite flakes were found by multiple scientists and sent to different labs for testing.

A 600,000 pound (272,155.44 Kilogram) chunk of steel was severed from the WTC and blown 400 feet (121.92 Meters) into WTC Tower 3. Can you calculate the force required to throw a 600,000 pound object 400 feet? Hint: Force equals mass times acceleration. Exploding jet fuel and office fires cannot do such things.

911 was not just in Inside Job. It was not done by Bush and Cheney alone. It was not done by either the Vatican or the Mafia. And it was certainly not done by Muslims.

After the assassination of President Kennedy in 1963, Dan Rather was given a copy of the Zapruder film. It clearly showing JFK was shot from his front and not the rear where the patsy Oswald was working. Dan Rather told the radio audience on the day of the assassination that the Zapruder film showed the shooter had to be behind the President. Dan Rather lied and went on to become the anchor of CBS News and Jew Report. When he retired, he had the nerve to sue claiming a violation of his journalistic integrity. The November 29, 1963 issue of Life magazine had 30 of the 468 Zapruder film frames but pulled the same trick on the public as Dan Rather had done. They put the frames in reverse order to fool the Goyim about the murder of their beloved President.

Only the Jews have sufficient power in enough areas of American life to have done the assassinations and coverups of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Robert F Kennedy and Martin Luther King and get away with it.

Only the Jews have enough power to steal 30 trillion dollars without one Jew going to jail. Only the Jews have enough power to blow up the Oklahoma City federal building on 4-19-1995 killing 168 people including 19 children and get away with it. And only the Jews acting together against America could have done 911 and cover it up. That is why I say.

Judaica did 911 and not just Israel alone.

The Fukushima Nuclear Disaster: Radiation Output From The Failed Reactors Is Increasing (!)

I have been following the continuing disastrous situation at the TEPCO nuclear power plant at Fukushima Japan very closely for the last 10 months now since the initial disaster on March 11th, 2011, and there is nothing that tells me that the deadly situation with its crippled nuclear reactors is under control, or that the threat of danger to the entire planet has passed...On the contrary, recent reports have shown that not only is the situation far from over, but there are new dangers that are presently unfolding..

All the explosions (quakes) people have been feeling around Fukushima that are listed as earthquakes on the Japan sensors. The fact that they could not find the fuel rods when they looked in Reactor 2, was obvious something big is going on at Fukushima.

Now TEPCO has announced 70 million becquerels per hour of radiation is being leaked into the air.

[TEPCO] on Monday reported an increase in radioactive materials leaking from damaged nuclear reactors [...]

The total amount of radioactive cesium that leaked from the containment vessels of the No. 1 to No. 3 reactors reached 70 million becquerels per hour, up 12 million becquerels from the December level [...]

It seems that radioactive dusts were stirred up because plant workers went inside reactor buildings and removed rubble [...]

Last month, the leaked amount was put at 10 million becquerels each for the No. 1 and No. 2 reactors and 40 million becquerels for the No. 3 reactor.

You notice reactor 3 (Mox fuel) has been releasing the most radiation in TEPCO's announcement?

I posted about reactor 3 last week and it being in trouble.

We also know from a Fukushima insider that reactor 4 has been boiling.

Oh, I am sure they will tell everyone that there is no real radiation problem. But they don't give a damn at TEPCO, because as they see it and are telling the courts, once the radiation leaves their plant, it is no longer theirs. When it lands on people's property it is then the owner of that property's radiation. They don't have to clean it up or anything. One court in Japan thought that argument was correct the the person that brought the lawsuit against TEPCO lost in court for his land being made toxic.

Let's face it Japan's government will never stand up for the people. They are going to let their people die horrible deaths. They hide the radiation and they ridicule the people who are concerned about it.

The U.S. and Canada are no better. They have shut down radiation sensors in California. They have lied about the radiation saying it did not make it over to the U.S., the media is ignoring Fukushima.

Radiation is being found all over the globe from Fukushima. Even down in Australia they have had radiation fall out from it.

The situation at Fukushima seems to be the fuel rods have melted the containment vessels and are under them. Are the rods spreading in the Earth around there? Is it going to reach the ocean at some point? Besides of course TEPCO dumping radiated water in the ocean and contaminating it. That seems to have spread up to Alaska already as the sea life there has begun dying.

If only governments were honest with the people. So much death could be avoided. People could take precautions, like taking iodine pills and doing other things to protect themselves from radiation exposure.

I have above on the tabs - a Radiation protection tab. It has information in there for people to help get radiation out of their body naturally.

This is one of those situations we have no control over. I try not to get really upset as there is nothing I can do. It saddens me beyond words that I can express. All I can do is keep praying that some how this situation will be controlled. I pray for humanity and the Earth.

NTS Notes: I have long worried about the status of reactor #3 myself.. That facility was where the Plutonium/Uranium Oxide (MOX) fuel rods were stored, and we know now that when reactor 3 blew up back in March, it sent deadly Plutonium into the stratosphere only to be picked up by the jet stream and deposited over North America and Europe as radioactive fallout. The situation with reactor 3 is still critical, and high levels of radiation from its core and MOX fuel is STILL being spewed into the atmosphere!

But this increasing radiation is puzzling...and troubling.. Cesium is a bi-product of radioactive fission which means that these melted cores are not only burrowing into the ground, but they are continuing to be unstable and are releasing massive amounts of radiation through uncontrolled nuclear fission as well.

It is hard to tell what exactly is causing the increase in radiation output, but it could mean that not only are the reactor cores not under control as TEPCO would like everyone to believe, but something has triggered them to suddenly become more unstable over the last month alone..And again, with the high and suddenly increasing output of radiation from MOX reactor #3, that means that even more deadly Plutonium will be released into the atmosphere as well!

Sherry is also right about the fact that our own governments here in Canada and the United States are in on the criminality of this disaster by shutting down sensors and not reporting to the public that the danger is still ongoing. I guarantee that we will be seeing another year with more radioactive fallout over North America, and more people getting sick and dying here as a result.

Again, we must take our governments and our media to task for failing to report the truth about the situation at the Fukushima nuclear power station. People do deserve the right to know the truth, no matter how bad it really is.

Important Video By Snordelhans: USS Enterprise False Flag!

The USS Enterprise was first commissioned way back in 1961 as the largest naval aircraft carrier ever built. It had a stop speed of some 35+ knots, is over 1100 feet long, and at a time when it was at its peak, could carry a maximum of 100 aircraft.   It has served the US Navy well for some 50 years now, but it has outlived its usefulness, it is way past its expectant lifespan, and is due to be decommissioned, at an expensive cost to taxpayers, later this year.   So the question again becomes.. WHY is the US Government and their military sending this massive piece of scrap metal off to the Persian Gulf region and in possible harms way when it comes to the impending war with Iran?

I put up an article in this blog yesterday showing clear evidence that the placement of the USS Enterprise in the Persian Gulf is for the criminals, who want their nice little evil war against Iran off and running, to carry out a false flag attack against the ship using the criminal state of Israel's dolphin class submarines.   I have not wavered from my belief that is EXACTLY what these evil monsters want to put the blame on Iran and to have America at war against that peaceful nation.

Now to further back up the allegations that we are seeing a false flag operation soon to unfold, I want to present this newest video by Patrick, aka.. Snordelhans, entitled: "USS Enterprise False Flag!".   I want everyone to please watch this video and take heed of its warning.    I do have some additional comments to follow:

NTS Notes: As I have stated before, and as shown in this great video, these criminal monsters are now desperate to get the gullible Americans to go and fight and die for their evil and sick nation of Israel.   They are banking that the Americans are so dumbed down and distracted by the fluff of their brainwashing media, that many will not notice the false flag operation unfolding, and will quickly support their criminal government when it calls for war against Iran as a result of an attack on the Enterprise.

PLEASE...Take this video, and pass it around to everyone around you.   The public must be made fully aware of this criminal act before they are able to pull it off and possibly cause World War III as a result.   People need to wake the hell up quickly, because this upcoming war could see the end of the United States, and possibly all humanity as we know it.
