My apologies to my readers for my absence this last while...
As many are aware, I have been suffering from some severe neck and back problems lately, and after consulting a doctor, I have decided to take a little "mini break" for some much needed rest and relaxation to allow it to heal properly and to alleviate some stress that may be the cause of my pains..
I am therefore going to have to lessen the amount of articles that I write here at this blog for the next little while while I concentrate on getting myself better....I will do a few articles here and there, and will still do my utmost in getting my Sunday rants out in the meantime....
Thanks again everyone for putting up with me.... I hope to be back to my usual self very soon...
More to come

Gute Besserung, NTS, and a speedy recovery!
Hi NTS:
Hope you're better soon. This arthritis thing is very nasty. I've developed it in both knees. Some days are better than others but I'm learning to live with chronic pain. The only good thing is it has made me much more empathetic to others with arthritis and/or chronic pain.
All the best to you and yours for the Christmas holidays and hope 2019 brings both of us better health.

Enjoy your mini holiday and get well soon.

Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas and happy New Year NTS and thanks again for all your hard work and diligent research. I've had similar back problems for several year and just recently it got bad enough for me to see an orthopedic surgeon. He sent me off to a number of physical therapy sessions rather that operating and I was amazed at how effective these very simple and quick exercises have been. You can find them online easily enough. My lower back is more functional that it's been for years. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
Get well North!
