While World Attention Is Focused On Japan, A Tsunami Of Hatred Is Taking Place In Palestine!

Readers, while the World's attention has been focused on the horrendous Earthquake, and its devastating aftermath, in Japan, there has been a lot happening in the World elsewhere, especially in Israeli occupied Palestine!

Just the other day, comes major reports out of Israel, where 5 ILLEGAL Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank were attacked and murdered, supposedly by Palestinians.   Unlike the World's media's total disregard for the horrendous murdering of 9 Humanitarian workers on the Mavi Marmara back in May of this year, the World's media has been all over this report in an instant!   There has also been almost instant "condemnation" by the US State Department for this attack... Gee.. Where were they when the Israelis murdered the 9 innocent people back in May on that flotilla?   I guess the chosen ones matter more than anyone else....

I have been searching for a more balanced and unbiased report on this supposed attack by Palestinians against illegal settlers in the occupied West Bank, and I found one courtesy of the great website, Desert Peace, at, and I want to present it right here for my own readers to view.  My comments to follow:

Routine murders of Palestinians has become an everyday occurrence in the Occupied West Bank and Gaza. When civilians are murdered, the prospect of peace is also murdered. When these murders are avenged by more murders, it only leads to more of the same.

Over the weekend, five members of an Israeli family of settlers were murdered in their home while sleeping.  It is a never ending process of hate that only leads to more hate and more terror from both sides.

DesertPeace condemns these actions and those responsible for them. We also condemn any Palestinian Website that condones these actions as well as any zionist Website that advocates the continuation of the occupation of Palestinian territories.

Peace will only become a reality when both sides realise it is the only possible way to survive …. there is no other alternative. Below is a report showing how terror begats terror. IT MUST END NOW!

Settler attacks against Palestinians escalate

As the Shabbat ended Saturday evening, Israeli settlers raided Palestinian villages and towns across the West Bank, injuring several Palestinians.  The raids followed the killing of a family of five Israelis in Itamar settlement in Nablus overnight Friday. A three-month-old baby Hadas, Elad, 4, Yoav, 11 and their parents Udi and Ruthie were all stabbed to death in their home.
During the day settlers stormed several villages in Nablus, including Burin and Huwwara, entering homes and harassing residents. Settlers handed out leaflets threatening the lives of villagers in Beitillu, near Ramallah, and threw rocks at Palestinian cars in Hebron.

Saturday evening, five members of the Abu Akar family were attacked by around 200 settlers as they drove back from Hebron to their home in Bethlehem in the southern West Bank.

“Some 200 extremist settlers armed with guns, clubs, and knives obstructed our car on the road from Hebron to Bethlehem. We tried to run away, but they hurled stones at the car smashing its windshields.

“My brother-in-law, the driver, sustained serious wounds and was forced to pull over. I tried to step out and take the wheel but they attacked me with clubs. Israeli forces who were watching did nothing to stop them,” Ammar Abu Akar told Ma’an.

He said he sustained bruises in the back and shoulders while his brother-in-law, 53-year-old Nidhal Abu Akar, sustained serious head injuries. Ammar’s father and two of his uncles, Muhammad and Khalil Abu Akar, were also injured by stones and shattered glass.

Ammar said the family narrowly escaped death after one of them managed to take control of the car and sped away to a hilltop through a dirt road.
In Hebron, settlers set fire to a Palestinian car in Tel Rumeida. Other mobs of settlers attacked Palestinian cars and homes on the main road in Beit Ummar and the nearby Al-Arrub refugee camp.

Beit Ummar popular committee spokesman Muhammad Ayyad Awad said a group of settlers opened fire and hurled stones at Palestinian homes.

Meanwhile, he added, Israeli soldiers fired tear gas canisters near the homes.
In the village of Nabi Salih west of Ramallah, settlers tried to enter Palestinian homes near the main street, but were stopped by residents. Locals set fire to used tires at the village entrance and stationed themselves behind them to defend the village.

Residents said Israeli forces stormed the village firing live ammunition, rubber-coated steel bullets and tear gas canisters. Witnesses said Israeli forces entered the village to retrieve the remains of an unmanned Israeli drone which crashed in the area.

In the northern and the central West Bank, Israeli settlers hurled stones at Palestinians driving on the main road between Jerusalem and Nablus near the Israeli settlements of Ofra and Bet El. No injuries have been reported.

Israeli soldiers intervened and scuffled with the settlers trying to move them back, onlookers said.

Za’tara checkpoint south of Nablus was closed, and the main road between Nablus and Qalqiliya was shut down after dozens of settlers attacked Palestinian cars. The Qalandia checkpoint between Ramallah and Jerusalem was closed in both directions for “security reasons,” Israeli authorities said.

Local sources in Nablus told Ma’an that over 100 settlers stormed shops and homes in the northern West Bank village of Huwwara south of Nablus.

And here, the settler violence you don’t and won’t hear about;

In Palestine, Everything is Relative: The Settler Violence You Won’t Hear About

By Yousef

When I heard the horrific news last night that 5 Israeli settlers were murdered in their home in the settlement of Itamar, I knew it would only be a matter of hours before a shoddy piece of journalism describes the murders as the end of a “lull in the violence” or the end of “relative calm” since 4 Israeli settlers were killed in an attack near Hebron last summer. At that time, the Washington Post ran an editorial saying that the attacks then ended “three years of peace” in the region which we posted about.
So I suppose it should come as no surprise that the Washington Post’s own Janine Zacharia leads the way this morning by displaying a complete ignorance of the situation she is supposedly covering or an overt pro-Israel bias (or both). Here’s Zacharia’s story and the critical excerpt:
The Israeli daily Ha’aretz, citing a preliminary investigation, reported that the children killed were ages 11, 3 and a 3-month-old baby. The newspaper also said that another 12-year-old daughter and two of her younger brothers managed to escape.
The attack shattered a relative calm that had prevailed in the West Bank in recent months as Palestinian security forces assert greater control in the territories where they are allowed by Israel to operate and as Israeli and Palestinians forces coordinate security efforts.
Last August, four Jewish settlers were killed in a drive-by shooting in the West Bank.
Zacharia’s chronology is likely representative of the broader mainstream media’s coverage of these events, sadly. American readers or consumers of mainstream media (MSM) are delivered a simple, straightforward message: Israelis are killed about 6 months apart and in between everything was calm.
The problem is that for Zacharia and much of the MSM “relative calm” means no Israelis were attacked, injured or killed and ignores the ongoing occupation and violence against Palestinians.

In this period of “relative calm”, the Israeli Human Rights group B’Tselem recorded at least 41 Palestinians killed by Israeli forces in occupied Palestinian territory. This includes Omar Qawasmeh, the 66 year old Palestinian civilian who was massacred in his bed while he slept by raiding Israeli soldiers and two 20-something Palestinian unarmed civilians shot and killed at the same checkpoint less than a week apart.

That reports can describe the killings of dozens of Palestinians by Israeli soldiers as “relative calm” and finding them completely unremarkable is disgusting in itself. Still, it’s only part of the story.

Readers may know that one of our ongoing research projects at the Palestine Center is the recording and analysis of Israeli settler violence against Palestinian civilians. This past fall, we made an extensive presentation of these data that shed light on a facet of occupation almost never discussed. The presentation covered data from Jan of 2009-Aug. 2010 and included over 1000 instances of settler violence. Since then, we’ve undertaken the coding of a much more significant period of time that would span 6 years and give us the ability to understand more about the history and trajectory of Israeli settler violence. This would be the most comprehensive analysis of settler violence that I am aware of. I was hoping to make an updated presentation covering this new data in the fall, however given the recent surge in Israeli settler violence we’ve expedited the project and will make the presentation this spring.

So what instances of settler violence were there in the period of “relative calm” that Zacharia describes? There were, in fact, over 300 instances of settler violence during this period which left over 85 unarmed Palestinians injured, 4 dead, and inestimable property damage (Including thousands of torched or uprooted olive and almond trees). Among these events were over 26 acts of Arson, 59 acts of destruction of property, 32 physical attacks, 20 shootings, 60 acts of stone throwing and 23 instances of theft. There were also 10 instances of vehicular attacks where settlers mowed down Palestinian civilians including a 5-year old and 11 year old in Hebron, an 85-year old in Salfit and this horrifying act caught on video in Jerusalem.

Attacks originated from the settlements of Adora, Ariel, Ateret, Bat Ayin, Beit El, Beitar Elit, Bracha, Dulip, Efrat, Eli, Eli Zehav, Elkana, Elon Moreh, Haggai, Halamish, Harsina, Havat Gilad, Immanuel, Itamar, Kaida, Karmei Tzur, Karmel, Karnei Shomron, Kedumim, Maale Mikhmas, Maon, Maskiyot, Neve Daniel, Rehalim, Revava, Shama, Shuvot Rachel, Shilo, Sussia, Talmon, Kfar Tappuah, Yaki, Yash Adam and Yitzhar. These attacks were directed against 79 different Palestinian villages and cities in every district in the West Bank….and this is only in the past 6 months.

If these 6 months can be described as “relative calm” one really has to wonder just what extent of violence against Palestinian civilians would be considered noteworthy by the mainstream media?

In a world where everything is relative, it seems the mainstream American press has decided that Palestinian lives are relatively worthless compared to Israeli lives. But this is also a world where the mainstream media is losing its grip on the control of storytelling and information that directly contradicts faulty journalism is available at everyone’s finger tips.

We’ll continue to do our part to bring this information, especially about settler violence, to you and we hope you’ll share it with others who’d otherwise be mislead by a relatively worthless mainstream media.

NTS Notes:  The facts presented here are absolutely true, and can by backed up by anyone doing their own research.

Yes, the murdering of anyone is terrible indeed.  However, we are being subjugated to the Zionist Jewish controlled media that is screaming bloody murder over this incident, and they overlook the fact that more Palestinians are being murdered outright by the Israelis,  than what happens by supposed "retaliation" against Israelis.

And the fact is, again, that these settlers are in Palestine illegally, and are grabbing more and more territory from the Palestinians, and causing atrocities all the time against the Palestinian people.    It was only a matter of time before the victims take murderous action against their aggressors and murderers.

And to make matters even worse now... It appears that this incident has given the Israelis their much needed excuse to accelerate their criminal settlement program by building hundreds of new illegal settlements.   It may be only a matter of time now before the entire region is swallowed up into the sick Zionist Jewish dream of their greater Israel!

Bottom line: It does seem that while attention is focused on Japan, Israel may finally be pushing to eliminate the Palestinians and that "problem" from Palestine itself.    This will definitely only be the beginning of more violence to come.

More to come

To say the timing is coincidental is like saying a doctor knows a bit about medicine. I have little doubt as to who committed this act and I doubt VERY highly that it was any Palestinian. Similar to the re-emergence of hatred between Coptic Christians and Muslims in Egypt. These Zionists are terrified of cooperation and peace between these two groups. Well, they'd better learn to adjust that they no longer have the power... it is going to be a fact of life globally in the very near future. What is refreshing is that many fundies in North America are beginning to see the light about Zionism and their true brutality and lack of concern for anybody but themselves. Unfortunately, far too many are indoctrinated for life, with the false promise of their Messiah returning...what is really sick is that they actually pray for Armageddon. These people should be at the top of any terror watch list, not those who protest peacefully for the betterment of all.
Yes, very convenient timing for the Zionists. Same phony outrage from Nutty-yahoo as Clinton,"How dare you?" BS when the truth behind 9/11 began to get too big to slide under the carpet or be spun by the Zionist-controlled media. The light will be shone on all of this soon and those who cower in the shadows will be suitably rewarded, I'm certain.
