Absolutely Sickening: US Supreme Court Rules In Favor Of Criminal Pharmaceutical Companies In Case Concerning Crippling Vaccination!

For a very long time now, I and others have been warning people to stay clear of the so called "vaccines" that have been promoted by the big Pharmaceutical Industries, due to the fact that the side effects from these mercury based chemicals do more harm to people than the diseases that they are supposed to prevent!   We have seen and heard of countless cases in the United States and around the world of the horrific side effects from people taking these vaccines, and there have been major lawsuits launched by the victims of these poisons.

However, according to this latest article from AlertNet, at, it appears that the US Supreme Court has just ruled in favor of the Pharmaceutical Industry in terms of a major lawsuit launched by a victim of their poisonous vaccines!   I have all the sordid details right here for my own readers to view:

US top court rules for vaccine makers on lawsuits

* Ruling a win for Wyeth, which Pfizer acquired in 2009
* Child developed seizures after third dose of DTP vaccine
* Court: 1986 federal vaccine law pre-empts such lawsuits (Adds reaction, details of ruling, paragraphs 4-5, 14-16)

WASHINGTON, Feb 22 (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that federal law shields vaccine makers from product-liability lawsuits in state court seeking damages for a child's injuries or death from a vaccine's side effects.

The high court on Tuesday ruled for Wyeth, which is now owned by Pfizer Inc , in a lawsuit brought by the parents of Hannah Bruesewitz, who suffered seizures as an infant after her third dose of a diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTP) vaccine in 1992.

Pfizer and other vaccine makers had argued that a Supreme Court ruling for the plaintiffs could open the door to a flood of lawsuits -- many by families who believe vaccines cause autism -- and threaten the supply of childhood vaccines.
Pfizer Executive Vice President and General Counsel Amy Schulman said the company was pleased with the ruling.

"The Vaccine Act that Congress enacted nearly 25 years ago appropriately places the responsibility for determining the optimal design of life-saving childhood vaccines in the hands of expert federal agencies, not a patchwork of state tort systems," she said.

At issue in the ruling was the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, a law that created a special program to handle disputes in an effort to ensure a stable vaccine supply by shielding companies from most lawsuits.

The federal program, involving what is known as the vaccine court, has awarded more than $1.8 billion for vaccine injury claims in nearly 2,500 cases since 1989. It is funded by a tax on vaccines.

In the Hannah Bruesewitz case from Pennsylvania, her parents claimed in their lawsuit that her seizure disorder and serious developmental delay stemmed from toxins in the vaccine's design.

They said a safer alternative had been available but was not used. The DTP vaccine was taken off the market in 1998.

Russell and Robalee Bruesewitz said their daughter was a healthy infant until she received the shot, but has experienced seizure disorders and developmental problems ever since, requiring a lifetime of supervision and care.

Wyeth has denied its vaccine caused her injuries.

After the couple's claims were rejected under the federal compensation process, they filed a lawsuit in state court. But a federal judge and then a federal appeals court based in Philadelphia ruled the 1986 federal law barred such lawsuits.

The Supreme Court, in a majority opinion by Justice Antonin Scalia, upheld that decision and ruled the federal law pre-empted all such design-defect claims against vaccine manufacturers.

"Vaccine manufacturers fund from their sales an informal, efficient compensation program for vaccine injuries; in exchange they avoid costly tort litigation and the occasional disproportionate jury verdict. Congress enacted this deal to coax manufacturers back into the vaccine market," Scalia said.

The ruling accepted the Obama administration's position.

O. Marion Burton, president of the American Academy of Pediatrics, which represents 60,000 pediatricians, applauded the ruling.

"Today, the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed what pediatricians have been advocating for decades," Dr. Burton said. "Vaccines save lives." (Editing by John Wallace and Maureen Bavdek)

NTS Notes:  This is absolutely appalling, and it means now that the Pharmaceutical Industry in the United States will get away with causing permanent injuries to their victims, and in some cases... Even death....   And I cannot believe the nerve of the last comment...."Vaccines save lives"

This also shows the power of "Big Pharma" in that they are able to sway lawmakers in lawsuits in their favor.   I really wonder what the payoff was to these so called "Supreme Court Justices" to side with these merchants of evil?

So where is the outcry by the US Citizens?  I have checked almost all the major media outlets in the United States over the last two days looking for anything about this horrendous ruling, and there has been nothing to be found.  It appears again that we, the bloggers, have to get the word out about this crime.

Again, readers, absolutely avoid the Pharmaceutical Industry prescribed "vaccines" whenever possible, due to their horrendous side effects.... Especially now, since it appears that if you ever get crippled by the multitude of vaccine side effects, you cannot even sue the makers of these poisons.

More to come

I want to know what you can come up with. I believe the vaccine protection law was put in place the same year Justice Scalia was appointed to Supreme Court Justice. He is the one who gave opinion on the matter for the decision. One should consider whether the law is even Constitutional.

I personally disagree with vaccinations, esp. DPT vaccine. Pertussis is a bacteria, and statistics show that there is no evidence that the vaccine helps the population. Also, if you aren't convinced against vaccines, whatever you do make sure that you make it clear that there are no preservatives like thimermosal in the vaccine.
