How 'Nazi gnome' making Heil Hitler salute could get artist jailed

This 14-inch gnome has created a stir after artist Ottmar Hoerl created him giving a Nazi salute
At just 14in, few would think a tiny gnome would offend anyone.
Unfortunately for this model, he has been made giving a stiff-armed Hitler salute - which breaks Germany's strict laws against the use of Nazi symbols.
The gnome is one of 700 made by German artist Ottmar Hoerl which have been displayed in Belgium and Italy.
But Hoerl has landed himself in hot water after a member of the public made a complaint to police about the works.
Now German prosecutors in Nuremberg have launched an investigation into whether the artist's gold-coloured gnome violates the law.
Giving the outlawed Hitler salute or using Nazi symbols is a crime in Germany punishable by up to three years in prison.
Prosecutor spokesman Wolfgang Traeg said police have asked the artist and gallery what the intention of the work was.
'It's not a crime if it can be proved that the artist was being critical of the Nazis,' he said.
But Hoerl, who also created the giant blue and yellow euro symbol that was erected in front of the European Central Bank headquarters in Frankfurt in 2001, said he couldn't believe the fuss the works have caused.
'I'd have been executed by the Nazis if I had portrayed the super race as gnomes in 1942,' said.
The golden gnome, with an impish grin, was originally one of 700 used in a 2008 exhibition called Dance With The Devil in the Belgium city of Ghent.

F*ck them. This is a gnome. It could be Bush or Harper we see them in that pose all the time! It is a dirty mind that sees dirt everywhere. It is a thief who thinks everyone steals. It is a liar who cannot ever believe the words of another.
We warned Americans of this for months. Ted Pike went out on a limb constantly over this. I was just listening to Tex Marrs today discussing free speech in America.
It is so comforting to know that if a perv attacks and rapes your beautiful baby girl, and you call him an effing pedophile and maybe even slug him.. YOU are the one in trouble for a hate crime.
Ben Franklin was right when he challenged Americans about keeping the rights enshrined in the Bill of Rights. They blew it. I know it is a lousy excuse but they slid it on Canadians before we even knew anything at all. Americans do not have that excuse.
I see a huge purge at YouTube in the very near future. If I were you I would watch the Tex Marrs as soon as you can, he makes a lot of good points.

I put this up primarily to get the Americans attention, because they are stupid enough to allow a terrible hate bill to pass their Senate, while their controlled MSM puts up the Michael Jackson BS 24/7 to cloud their minds!

I am sick today. I feel physically ill. Not due to anything in my body although it is reacting so.
It is due to the fact that I had to actually CENSOR MYSELF! I had to go in and change words and hide them and hope people know what I am saying because I cannot be straight.
Thing is, people know what is in my blog. That thingie I have up on the side shows me I have a lot of readers from around the world reading what I have there. None of them leave comments, but 24/7 there are at least 3 people reading the material I have posted on this stuff.
They go for it because there is an international HUNGER FOR THE TRUTH.
I have exposed the soap lies. I have exposed a lot of ... misconceptions. I have spoken the truth. I think I will speak to a friend of mine about this. He is currently up before the courts doing this stuff. He is fighting. I think I need his input.
I am too old and cranky and goddam ornery to accept this. I do not insult, but to have the truth outlawed all around the world is just plain wrong.
Oh btw, the US made the hate bill law today. I would not wish this on anyone, no matter how much they deserve it because they are distracted.
How come I could do plenty on MJ and still work on this and not be diverted? I did a lot of research on him because his loss is significant, but.... maybe it is because I just never forget that the other is always with us.
I wanna cry right now. This is all wrong. Just all wrong.
